- what does $200K in toys look like!?! well look no further! Tom has spent decades curating mini model museum and you won't believe your eyes!
come tour one of the BIGGEST collections I've seen in a while! Развлечения
I’m not even a car lover, but the joy that this collection brings to the owner (and you) is contagious!
Same! And what a lovely person he is! Joy is exactly the right word for it. It’s not tinged by possessiveness or avarice or self-importance - just pure delight and joy in the wonder of the things and what he obviously views as the luck of being the steward of these things.
Alex always finds the most interesting people with a zest for life and a passion for the things they do and the things they collect.
I can't disagree! I watch and smile all the time.
So funny, I was just thinking your sentiment in my head when I spotted your comment😂 You know that a collection is so loved when there is so much thought in how you displayed everything. We’ll done! 👏👏👏
😁❤Me too!
💕 yep you couldn't have said that better.
I love when you get so giddy and excited. Like a kid in a candy store! Your passion is infectious ❤️
I've had 4 corvettes and I raced a little back in the 70's. I thought I was cool. Oh my word ,this guy is a God. I'll remember this blog forever. Thanks for sharing this collection of heaven.
Gail, you sound as excited as Alex, good for you! Comments like yours makes me smile 😊
What an amazing collection! I sure hope someone buys the whole collection to create a museum so that people can enjoy in it's entirety. Nice to meet Tom. And Jackie O is adorable!
My grandpa bought a blue Monte Carlo with a white landau top back in the 70's. He was getting his car serviced and he was a newlywed. My step-grandma saw the Monte Carlo in the showroom and said, "that's a pretty car" so he bought it. He drove it all over and it lasted years. I was surprised how much I enjoyed this video as cars aren't my area of interest. Well done Tom and Alexander. 🇨🇦
Oh my goodness, I had to pause the video to comment at 7:56 😳 Alex, your excitement is so amazing and genuine that I am thrilled for you! This is like winning the lottery when you didn’t buy a ticket. What an amazing collection and gentlemen. I will have to rewatch it with my husband. 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳
PS, watching with my husband and all he could say is “holy sh**•” He loves everything about this video ❤️ Thanks to you and your friend 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳
What a amazing collection to get to see! So much history in one place and just so beautifully displayed. Just a huge thank you to Tom for sharing this collection with us. Hopefully someone will purchase his collection and be able to put it where the public can enjoy seeing it.
And an honorable mention to the wife who encourages this passion 🙂.
What a great episode and concept…Alex, please consider showing more collector’s item narrated by these passionate owners! The knowledge these folks have is so valuable and can be shared via RUclips while they’re alive…as he said, not open to the public but we viewers can tour his museum quality items. Just think about how much interest there is when you talk about your finds…you’re so well connected, I’m sure this show and tell concept would be very popular.
I've told Ryan (parkland films) I'd love to hear them chat about cars as they have a lot of common interests & knowledge so could probably carry on for days
Agreed. This was really interesting and I'm not even interested in model cars and toys.
Yes!!
Tom's collection is truly remarkable - as is his vast knowledge! He came across to me as a walking, talking, live encyclopedia. Thanks Alex and Tom for sharing!
Such energy and vibrancy in this fine gentleman! A testimony to doing what you love. Clearly it keeps you young!
Hello how're you doing hope you and your family are safe due to the covid 19 pandemic?
Tom, you are blessed beyond measure. Thank you for showing us around your collection.
Hello how're you doing hope you and your family are safe due to the covid 19 pandemic?
Such a large and organized collection. He seems to enjoy sharing. He even has stacks of actual cars! His wife much love him very much to live amongst all that.
My thoughts exactly😉
Probably happy he’s busy in the basement and not passing out in front of the TV.
Hello 👋how're you doing today?
I am in tears Alex, 😮!!! What an amazing collection :)! I am 63 and feel like I am a kid again!!! My cousin rebuilt and restored corvettes and I always drooled at his work. Went to Indy once in the 60’s. Wow, wow, wow!!!!!! I would drive to Edmonton just to see this and talk to Tom!
Impressive collection and what love & care it must have taken & is apparent. Tom obviously loves his chosen subject - and the smile shows how proud and happy he is with his collection. Great to see - good vibe - and so - so impressive all the work getting that amount of pieces together.
Alex, this was a very interesting tour. Bob is a nice guy and so interesting. I wish Bob good luck on attracting the perfect museum to buy his collection. It will take a cataloguer a long time to do his job before it can be moved. You produce so many interesting videos on so many subjects. Amazing! Thank you. 😊😊😊
Tom is the name... Corvette's is his game! lol
Carol, who is this Bob you are speaking of ?
STELLAR! and It all looked so clean! it would be a job just to keep all of that dusted! Thanks for the tour!
Very good video! It was nice to see Toms collection, it was a great presentation. It would be nice if someone bought the whole collection for a museum. Alex, you should buy the couch for your new basement!
That was an absolutely phenomenal collection. What a pleasure it was to see. I really appreciate all of it! Thanks for sharing, truly.
Hello how're you doing hope you and your family are safe due to the covid 19 pandemic?
Not a car person, but I love this man and his collection 😍
This is great, what a really nice guy and an incredible collection.
Wow. Nothing more to say. The best part of this collection is the fact that it’s displayed and enjoyed. Why have it if it’s packed away in boxes.
Aside from whether his collection is unboxed or boxed! He was a race car driver!
I will admit, I am not a big car fan. But Alex, as a teacher and journalism graduate, you get 5 gold stars for this episode. It's about listening and letting the story unfold. Well done!
Alex is not a teacher and journalism graduate. You've got a dangling participle going on. Not good for a teacher and journalism graduate.
@@FigaroHey Oh for Christ sakes, don't be a diamond maker. Loosen up.
What fantastic fun! Thanks Alex, as usual, a joy to watch.
His collection belongs in a museum!...there are alot of priceless items in there!...simply amazing...thanks for sharing with us and stay safe!
This was awesome! My uncle always had Vettes years ago. He had 60's and early 70's models. My fave was his "63 split window. Being this was in the 70's and early 80's they weren't considered that old and were fairly cheap compared to now. He also had 2 "68 Shelby Cobras in the late 70's.. A GT350 and a GT500. The 500 was a lot of car with it's 428 interceptor in it. That was the start of my love for them though I've never had one. Thanks Alex for taking us along and thanks Tom for letting us into your home so we could see your fantastic collection.
This reminds me of Dezerland auto museum in Orlando. The collection there was created by buying other people's collections. Very nicely done, displayed. Awesome presentation.
Collections like this are mind blowing. Great lifetime achievement.
That is unbelievable, you could see his passion. Thanks for bringing this to us Alex❤️❤️
A workmate of my dad's bought a '59 Corvette back several decades ago with the license, "XRACR". the plate made him curious, so he researched it, turned out to be Bob Bondurant's "614" Car just prior to the one Vic Edelbrock Jr. owned! He raced at Monterey with it for many years. He was able to get the original mechanic to go through the engine and all the paint was redone correctly. If you watch Ford v Ferrari, you'll see this "614" in the racing scenes at Willow Springs.
I'd love just to have that 614 replica because that is my birthdate.
Wow. That's the most organized collection I've ever seen. That's for the tour.
Just amazing how he has that set up.
Great video Alex, and thank You Tom for showing us your museum, I never knew Corvette was named after a battleship . Very impressive collection, I bet with Alex's nearly half million subscribers, there's a real possibility Tom will be able to retire, & move his collection on to someone else. Very informative video.
always fun to meet such wonderful individuals with a passion. hope to see more videos like this in the future. what a wonderful human. his passion shows in every word he says
What a treat! You are really fortunate to see this, thanks for bringing us, and thanks to your gracious host!!
What an awesome video. This gentleman was a real pleasure to see and I’m so glad you met him. You never know just who might be living in your area. What an awesome adventure.

Hello how're you doing hope you and your family are safe due to the covid 19 pandemic?
Hello from Hershey, Pennsylvania! (Thanks for the shout-out! haha!) As someone who knows nothing about cars, it is so interesting to hear someone who is an enthusiast talk about their passion. The stories & memories behind the collection are equally precious. Thank you to Tom for sharing with us!
Always love a mid-afternoon diversion from Alexander! :-D
Hello how're you doing hope you and your family are safe due to the covid 19 pandemic?
What an outrageous collection. Like the saying goes build it and they will come. Tom you did it.
What a killer episode. I love when you get to showcase local legends like this fine gentleman!
Wowzer! He not only is a collector but he has a great eye for presenting.. Thank you, Tom for inviting us into your home to see this wonderful collection.
What a great collection. Quite entertaining. Thanks for posting it!
I am quite impressed with the whole collection. I have a couple of very small collections. I hope he finds a good place that will give all that he has collected justice. Then, perhaps...he can go on with his life in a meaningful way of his choice. It’s obvious that he is dedicated and able to finance this collection.
Wowzers that's something. And his little puppy is adorable 😍. Thanks for the tour
Hello how're you doing hope you're safe due to the covid 19 pandemic?

Wow! Unbelievable!!! Thank you! Very special!🥰
Holy cow!!!! I was just amazed at how well organized and tidy that collection is, let alone everything in it. Truly impressive.
Equally impressive is the just the thought that went into the displaying of the collection. Truly at the museum level.
Such a beautiful collection ! And I’m not even a car fanatic, but how can you not be a fan of such a well displayed and beautiful collection! What a treat! Thank you Alex and Bob !
This was time we'll spent. Seeing the joy this collection gives. I don't even like cars that much but this is amazing!
Thank you Alex. It is always a good day when you post for all of us!!
I didn't believe the title, but then the collection keeps going on and on! Very impressive collection and i'm sure the garage is giving Alex ideas....!!
Alex I am just a wee Grandma from Scotland and if I had a bucket list seeing that collection would be first on the list. He is such an interesting man. ❤️🏴
I spotted the white convertible with orange stripes pace car. My husband owns the drivable version of that car. So cool.
That was the MOST amazing collection. So happy that he let you show it to us. Really enjoyed the tour.
1973 i sold pop at Edmonton International Speedway got the job through Vic Comp high school i saw every race that year and got in free and had access everywhere including the pits lol memories lol
What a small world. I met this gentleman in Victoria, BC at a Corvette weekend. As soon as he started talking I had to run to my bf and yell at him to stop everything and listen. So nice to see and hear the wealth of knowledge and appreciation…
I am not a car person at all, but just meeting people in "your neighborhood" is awesome!! What a great collection! He has obviously loved collecting these cars and it's so great he shares the fun toys with his grandchildren. Thanks for this video Alexander!
Hello how're you doing today hope you're safe due to the covid 19 pandemic?

WOW I AM SO IMPRESSED!! Alex, you have found a gem in this man and his collection. He knows everything about his passion. What a cool video. I did not think this would hold my attention. Boy, was I wrong.
Not only has he put together a fantastic collection; he’s fun to listen to. I know nothing about cars but I enjoyed the tour and his personal stories. How fun for you Alexander!
You meet the most interesting people. Amazing 'museum'.

Hello how're you doing hope you and your family are safe due to the covid 19 pandemic?
What a kind man! I love his vibe! ♥
When you went in the garage, I expected nothing less. Wow! I had to call my wife to come watch, since she thinks I’ve got lots of stuff. What a awesome collection.
What an absolute delight! Life would be a far poorer place without folk like this in it! How generous to share it with us in a video. Thank you Bob and Alex!
What a joy, the consummate collector. Such a privilege to be allowed to see this wonderful collection. I’m so glad you were allowed to film so we could all share the experience. Many thanks for bring us along with you.
Wow wow wow 😯 Unbelievable collection.
Wow!!!…so well organized and demonstrated thanks a bunch for inviting us in to view.
Makes my day to see your new videos
I love Back to the Future , Doc !!!
What an epic collection! He is such a nice man😊
Holy moly! This guy has the mother of all collections! I am like him but not on this grand of a scale. I have owned only 6 Corvettes over the years and used to write for one of the Corvette magazines. I sold my house with my "man cave" pole barn in Michigan and moved to Arizona 6 years ago. Sold the last Corvette too as I had a life threatening diagnosis. I have met many of the people he spoke about over the years too. My health has improved a bit but I just can't get out of a Corvette any longer - much easier to fall into one than to leverage the old body up and out. Thank you for this episode!!!!!!!!!!!
What wonderful memories you must have Ronald, and the friendships you have made are priceless! A life well lived!
My buddy had 1 for sale but I couldn't get out of it either with my bad back so had to pass on buying it. Sucks getting old, lol.
This is one of your top videos ever,he’s a great guys and he is so knowledgeable , I am not even a car person and I didn’t want the video to end. Great job.
While watching this I'm not drooling and being jelous - I'm just happy. I think that's the biggest compliment. It's the passion and joy behind this that makes sense. Thank you sir for spreading joy.
As an avid car buff and collector of diecast/model cars myself, this video warms my heart. It brings me great joy to see such a magnificent collection. My collection will never be that big, but one can dream! Lol.
Glad you enjoyed it!
My husband used to drag race, he raced a yellow 1972 Ford Gran Torino Sport with a 429, we still have that car today, it is our show car now. I have met John Force before, probably over 25 years ago, he called me sweetie. Lol
He reminded me of the film airplane, "I've picked the wrong day for glue sniffing" when talking about retirement fixing up his models. Brilliant, amazing collection.
Wow, just wow, how amazing. I could spend all day admiring his collection!
Just WOW!! ... Did you notice Don Garlits was driving the CanAm on that poster?! saw him in the UK in the 70s at Long Martston, along with Al's Gasser Strip Teaser to name but a few..... this was a special episode! thank you Alexander and Thom 😀👌💜
Hello how're you doing today hope you're safe due to the covid 19 pandemic?
HOLY COW!!! That is Impressive! I look at that collection and the 1st think I think of? Who dusts? LOL
This is closer to a museum than your run of the mill collection really.
These are the people that keep modern history alive, amazing!
Enjoyed. Amazing collection and wonderfully displayed.
Great tour of an unbelievable collection! Thanks for taking us along! 😀
Amazing brilliant fantastic collection ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Love Sue ❤❤❤🇬🇧❤❤❤
I'm one of the 'least interested in cars' people I know but that was fantastic!
WOW!!! I love cars and I totally enjoyed this video. Thanks so much for sharing!
I enjoyed the collection. Thanks for sharing.
Dedicated collector! Thoroughly enjoyed watching this… and I’m not into toy cars!!!😊 ALEX… will you please ask “Bottle Bob” to show his collection?
