After finding this channel and binge-watching for hours I wanted to comment. As a career firefighter I have worked closely with recovery drivers for years. Some really skilled and some not so much. The skilled drivers are amazing. People don't realize that the work Jeff and Kristen do is not simply driving a wrecker and picking up cars. There's a real art to this that requires tremendous skill and puzzle-solving ability. Each call is a puzzle to be analyzed and engineered to a solution,in order to save or recover someone's property. That may seem an exaggeration, but trust me it's not. Others who have experience with accidents and other scenes will likely agree. These drivers get called at every imaginable hour when someone is having one of their worst days and J & K help to make it a little better. When the job involves tow-aways due to someone else's actions, they often become "the bad guy". They're not. They are simply responding when called to help someone else who needs their property respected by others. The point is, this is a fascinating channel, showing some good, honest people, working hard at an unappreciated job. And, they take the time to share their experiences and the sometimes comical human behavior they encounter with all of us here. Plus, with a great beard like that, Jeff CAN'T be all bad ! So, thank you guys, keep up the good work and stay safe out there.
My family used to own a independent market at the beach. We had a bar near the store and their patrons used to park in our lot and then our customers would not have a place to park, the bar offered no off road parking. We put up a swing arm to stop bar patrons from parking there but they would just run through them costing us thousands of dollars over the years, we finally had to take it down. These same drinkers would park in our drive through to the parking lot, it was a constant battle. I so appreciate what Jeff and Kristen do and what horrible people they sometimes have to deal with.
@@tcurry1531 You’ve had a lot of first hand experience with this problem apparently. We’ve been going to Gatlinburg (where Jeff is) several times a year now, for 30 years. It’s a big tourist spot, with massive traffic at times. It’s become impossible to find non-pay parking there, but there’s plenty of paid lots. We have just always paid and not worried about it. But like you experienced, too many people just ignore signs, drive in grass, through yards and other private areas and employee lots, just to avoid a $10-$20 charge. I wish Jeff towed more of them.
The man says he "didn't do anything", yeah right, saved the day for a lost Mom and made some kids happy at the same time and THEN guided them down the mountain goat-trail. Jeff, you turned them a 180 on what seemed to be a bad night for them. And again I'll say, yall make a great team working together. Saved the pickup from going downstream in the curve
It's funny, under any other circumstances a grown man asking kids if they want candy would be a Stranger Danger warning. Not so with adorable Jeff (and Kristen). 😊
Jeff and Christy love the videos you guys put out but I must say thank you for the pictures of the views coming down off of the mountains. I love those even more you guys have a blessed day.
Well, we know what kind of car not to buy, a Nissan Versa. After watching these videos it makes me convinced not to rent a cabin in these mountains, the older couples need to visit Gatlinburg in the summer and stay in town at a hotel.
Love your videos, especially the illegal parks. I work at the amaco station in hartford and deal with the tourists every day...some of them are, well, shall we say, entitled and rude. On a good day it is most entertaining, on bad days, well, you know....
How awesome that you were able to help that lady and spoil the kiddos! Things like this make Everything Auto top notch! It was hilarious that the illegal tow guy called you to help him. Great video!
I must say thank you for opening my eyes to card charge backs. I had an irate customer who I had feeling was going to be issue. Told him cash only he is holding card out. I said no way om accepting anything but cash. He swore up and down he didn't have cash and I needed to take him to ATM. I unpolitely told him to take his own ass to the store. He said he was gonna sue me and I again told him to bug off. After I pointed my camera out he pulls 500 out of his pocket and asked for change
I love the Severeville area. Downtown Gatlenberg is fun but too crowded. We’re in Iowa but love coming to that area. I love your channel because ya all seem to live your life like I do…where mercy is shown, mercy is given. Stay safe and God bless 💗
Great deal helping.the lady turn the car around. That's one of those that you don't mind doing. She was more worried about the kids and getting them where she needed then to be.
You guys are awesome, I gotta point out tho when you got a close up of the dodge truck getting the goodie bags I seen more swirls than I've ever seen.😢 please guys if you're ever near Bakersville NC please let me fix that paint & Protect it 😊 that truck deserves to look like new with no swirls/scratches especially for class acts like y'all. Stay safe yall
Another good job,,,👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 some would have charged a fee just to back that car up and get the lady with the kids headed in the right way. Awesome job.
Sir you and the Mrs work so well together its a joy to watch ! Im sure you've been doing this for quite some time together is way ? My only suggestion is maybe a two-way radio headset system type set up. That way you can communicate easier to each other when you have to be at opposite ends of the job sight. But that's just this ol'man's pennies worth of thoughts ! Lol Great job with the lady that had the kids as well Y'all. Not just anyone would have done that like you did ! Much respect. Thank You Folks for sharing your adventures in the mountains with us that live out on the prairie ! Y'all be safe and Blessed ! ✌️❤️🙏
Y’all are just incredible! Great job guys, love when I get notification that y’all have posted a video :). Thanks for sharing and letting me tag along!
Jeff and Kristen, awesome towing adventures, big red handled the u haul like a pro 👍🏻. Jeff and Kristen ur were definitely a blessing to that lady and her children. Thanks for another awesome video. From Kentucky 😊.
Jeff, best tow truck driver around. Poor lady I would not have tried to move that car either in the dark, with kids on a steep mountain road. Jeff you never seem to amaze me how you manage to get those vehicles out of the crazy situations. Best RUclips channel ever. Your growing fast. #EverythingAuto. Stay safe. Thanks Kendra. 🙏🙏🙏😏😏😏♥️♥️♥️
Jeff you and Kristen did a Excellent Job For Handling The Lady with the Kids and didn't Charge Her and the Kids where Definitely Happy when you gave them the Candy and Tow Trucks. Just Keep The Great Video's Coming And Always Be Safe Out There.
21:22 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 It's the Onions I tell ya! I ain't bawling my eyes out! Oh, hurry up October! I'm am dying up here in the flat lands! Thank you! I so needed that today! Big hugs! 💚💚💚💚💚 Twister Line: "Bob's Road! What's beyond the brush!! A bearded lady? What?!" "Nope, sheer drop off mam! Sheer drop off!"
this is a wonderful chapter … Jeff and Kristen’s adventures lend a whole new meaning to the word cliffhanger 😬 lol thank YOU, Miss Kendra, Kristen and Jeff ✨🖤❤️💛💖💛❤️🖤✨
I just found your channel. You have the best business in the area. I took a small vacation in North Carolina years ago and drove through a portion of the Smokey Mountains into Tennessee. I appreciate you filming while driving, Brings back memories of the beautiful scenery. I only drove during daylight, could not imagine driving those dark roads at night in a rental car. Great work!
You music is growing on me and I have come to the conclusion it appears to match your channel nicely. It seems to embody how you conduct your self nicely. Even those antics Kendra has in the open sequence all seem to just fit with the music.
Idea for your channel. A Q&A video. Bet your viewers have a bunch of questions. I do. How many vehicles are never picked up? And, what do you do with them? Hugs from a TN girl in NC.
I love your videos - that said - not sure if it's good or bad that there are no illegal parks in this video. I guess it's good if people aren't illegally parking! Great to see you helping people but I do kind of enjoy the schadenfreude of people getting towed for parking where they shouldn't ;).
Jeff and Kristen, like always another great video. Love yall's great work. Keep me in ur prayers while I'm laying in hospital over here in Knoxville. Possibly a stroke. Waiting on all the test to come back, but I have no feeling in my right leg
That was really nice. You both are doing so well with all the people out there that need help. Great job again two you Both. Nice one buddy. Mark from Tennessee 👍👍
Drives like a van and hauls like a truck. Great advertising... until you drive past one thats in the ditch! Or you've seen Jeff rescuing vans all over the mountains. Lol Great teamwork EA! Kristen Jeff and Kendra! Special mention to Big Red!
That Versa has a CVT (Belt/Pully) Transmission. If loaded down with luggage and 2 people, it is more than likely it was overloaded for those steep hills and causing the belt to slip.
You guys are AWESOME!!! I should wait until the end of the video before I comment, otherwise I end up writing several comments every time something cool happens hahaha
That "power line" isn't. The lowest cable on a utility pole is usually telephone or cable TV. Low voltage at any rate. Remember: Looking at a utility pole, the lower the cable, the lower the voltage. The higher the cable, the higher the voltage.
It is so ego crushing to be totally stuck, dug in, and someone gets in and just drives out!! I would be in the back of the ranch, in a ravine, and my Dad would get in and power, wiggle it out!! Crushing!
I have a request… I’ve only ever done rollback, landall, and RGN, can you throw a short clip in a video explaining how your dolly’s work. I’ve never used them, but watching you use them looks a LOT easier than I imagined. Thanks!
I was just at the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park at the beginning on May. We made it up to the top of the resort from Central North Carolina in a Mitsubishi Mirage G4 and it is a 3 cylinder!
Hey you all need to be aware of the new law passed in TN effective July1, 2023 "Booting Consumer Protection Act" a person can not knowingly install a vehicle immobilization device on a motor vehicle parked on private property in the state. Not sure how this affects you as a business but just wanted to pass along!
That’s in response to those ones that were booting parked 18 wheelers illegally. They’d jump out and slap one on idling rigs. I want to say mainly outside of Memphis. There’s RUclips & TT videos about that recently.
when I was in the army had so many times when I had to go get something that was stuck that I JUST GOT IN AND DROVE IT OUT then give them crap about wasting my time LOL

It's funny, under any other circumstances a grown man asking kids if they want candy would be a Stranger Danger warning. Not so with adorable Jeff (and Kristen). 😊
Sometimes Honor is more important than a pocket full of money...
Jeff, the kind heart that you and Kristen have . Shown by how you help the lady with kids by not charging that keeps me watching.❤
Ditto
That U-Haul driver is going to need a punch card & maybe get a discount on the 5th winch out.

I grew up in East Tennessee and it amazes me that municipalities even allow some of these mountain homes to be built.
It's all about the money. Municipalities love the taxes these cabins bring in.
That truck looked so scary hanging over the edge! Great job!
I love the Severeville area. Downtown Gatlenberg is fun but too crowded. We’re in Iowa but love coming to that area. I love your channel because ya all seem to live your life like I do…where mercy is shown, mercy is given. Stay safe and God bless 💗
Jeff and Wifie does a great job and attitude is everything..
He does have a great attitude and a great phone voice
Great deal helping.the lady turn the car around. That's one of those that you don't mind doing. She was more worried about the kids and getting them where she needed then to be.
