So common in Kentucky. I don't see here in Ohio but I did when I lived in Kentucky. I wouldn't be surprised if his hat didn't have a fish hook on it haha
Me to my neighbor: Yeah, I have 12 cars but only a 6 car garage, so I'm going to park in your driveway for a couple days, ok? I swear, people have sure enough forgotten how to think. Y'all are the BEST and I thank you for making these videos. Love all y'all
Jeff & Kristen, I got to meet you wonderful son Covin today at the Elite gym. Sean Hussey was giving us a tour. Sean said”do you ever watch EA”? I said all the time and then introduced me to your son. He was so nice, sweet, just like his parents. It was a pleasure to meet him
Dean is either very trusting or crazy to be in that truck being towed backwards down that HUGE mountain.🤣Nobody can appreciate the drop offs and steepness unless you’ve actually driven on those roads.
Jeff, it's funny how with the PD sitting there that you do NOT have entitled Jerks trying to drive through your work zone screaming that "You can't block the road." That still burns my hide, what an IDIOT! You guys are great!
The guys picking up the truck you towed from Dollar Store weren't to chatty. Usually the colorful word used by Mr. Chevy pickup gets edited. That driveshaft didn't look that heavy duty for such a large pickup and I had no idea they are now aluminum. Keep 'em coming EA team. Hey, "we appreciate ya!"
Pepe’s towing lifted a 120,000 pound excavator off a pile of steel about 15 feet tall down to the ground using Bailey’s products. It was pretty damn impressive to watch. They lift tractor trailers with Baileys products. So they are good products.
I am always amazed with the way you solve how to get out of a ditch. When I’m saying no way, you’re getting a jack out and make it look so easy. It funny that I get excited when you get different items to try out. You guys be safe.
Jeff, that was definitely a adventure getting that Chevy pickup truck off the mountain, and I was shocked that the drive shaft was so thin. Jeff I really will be glad when they get both lanes in those tunnels open, definitely been a headache for people in the Gatlinburg area. Thanks Jeff awesome video 👍🏻, from Kentucky 😊.
I have yet to see a bad video from y'all and I've watched every single one! If EA puts up a video, it will be a good one, no doubt. Kristen, much as I like your hubby Jeff, I enjoy the videos with BOTH of you. I get it, though, mama needs time off sometimes. And KENDRA!! Thank you for making these videos as incredible as they are. Love all y'all, mean it.
Jeff and Kristen you two are amazing. I'm shocked that your channel is not over 100K. This is my favorite channel to watch. I look forward to it everyday. I can't wait to get the scoop on the new red truck. How exciting. I guess we well start at 50K and go from there. Stay safe 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😊😊😊♥️♥️♥️♥️
I am just looking and noticed there are only 63k subscribers. This channel should have so much more!!! You constantly put out great stuff. Maybe do some review of tow rigs, what products go into tow rig, differences between Ford, Chevy and Ram trucks. Not that you need more work but the hills you have out there certainly give you a special perspective on engine brakes, horsepower, torque. Just a thought. Thank you for the videos!
Similar concept with bicycles... last time I was purchasing a mountain bike (years ago) at the time you could get steel frames or aluminum frames, and the tubing for the aluminum was a larger diameter than the steel frames.
Your amazing Jeff. Getting that SUV back on the road the way you did with no damage at all. Thanks for all you do. Thanks for sharing part of your day :). Have a great weekend!!
Jeff you and your wife or just awesome people y'all are always helping out the community always giving back that's why so many people reach out to y'all I was always told when you give back good things happened to you keep up the good work take care
Nice looking yard there Jeff like the Air Stream trailer sorry I have not been watching your video I have been working on my channel well keep up the great work you and your wife are doing on your channel. Robert
Jeff and Kristen this has been another great video and those boots and straps and cones will be wonderful for all of your towing and recoveries . Be safe guys

Hi Jeff, I'm pretty new to your channel, happen to come across it one evening, now I watch it as much as I can. I've seen some awesome rescues you and your wife have done. I think it's pretty cool that your wife is right there with you, Love the videos
You learn alot watching jeff because when i looked at the situation here 8:04 i thought he’s gonna need the jack to lift it up on to the road and a side pull. I didn’t know anything about how towing is done aside from how to pull an F250 onto a rollback because i have that done often. But several times now I’ve known what needed to be done when jeff pulls up to a scene. Just from watching him for so long and the same things happening over and over. Im not claiming i could run a tow business or anything lol but i have learned alot over the years by watching.
Awesome Channel guys! I enjoy the commentary, your always spitting the knowledge, love it! Attention to detail is what it's all about and y'all on 👉 Subscribed!🎉
Great vid guys with plenty of varied content. That truck’s driveshaft was insane - cut in two like butter! The cheek of some people who think they can store their vehicle on someone else’s land as they hadn’t planned their accommodation properly. Good to hear the people in the spur crash were ok - their car took a hard hit. You have plenty of nice generous people because you are all nice generous people - what goes round comes round. Stay safe. Dave Birmingham England
I'm real surprised that you don’t have a Air Jack and a compressor to make life easy. You do good work. When you get my age. All that hard work will catch up on your body. Be safe.
I am a Chevy guy but that driveshaft takes the cake.... Your videos are awesome..... I like those orange hats you need to wear them when you are on a call ..... 🙏💖🙏
Dang. Brand new truck it looks like, too. He must have hit hard. Wow. Y'all need them Spur hats. The Spur's not kind on a good day, I can't imagine trying to clean up on it. Thanks for the ride!
Nice work using the jack on that GMC to get the rear passenger side tire up onto the roadway. Crazy to see how thin that driveshaft was on the Chevy pick up. That sucker was thin! Man those roadways are super narrow on those mountains. I love those collapsible cones. That door for the GoPro is great cause you can hook up an external power bank to keep the camera powered up for a long time while doing a recovery. Baileys has some nice towing supplies and Brunt workwear is a great company. Those boots are nice! I have their Perkins boots and have been using them for a long time and just recently got their Torra pants which are very comfortable. Can’t wait to see that international wrecker in action! 💪💪
I wonder how that chick that parked at the Family Dollar would like it if someone just left their car in their drive way for a few days without asking? The entitlement of people today is mind numbing.
I've never knew a driveshaft was that thin. I will never pull my trailer again with confidence. Thanks Jeff for giving a guy 20 years of "Drive Shaft Anxiety" if there is such a thing. Lol
It can be a love hate relationship with the spur! LOL We actually did a video to avoid the spur and go the back way to Pigeon Forge on 454, Upper Middle Creek, etc-basically what you were saying on how to avoid the traffic on the spur. Loved it like always guys!!
Love the boots! My husband gets a pair from the local wally world and they might last a couple of months and maybe not. Those look like they would last for a long time.
New to your channel and already I cannot get over how many people end up in ditches. I am going to show my son who thinks "oh mom stop worrying you have awd" psh those big trucks get stuck! My Outback wouldn't stand a chance!
It's your job as a tow operator to be able to use ESP to determine if the vehicle is illegally parked because the the owner is not from the area and didn't see the sign. Please adjust.
Yet another great video! I use 454/416 sometimes when the traffic is terrible, come out through the Craftsman's Community, down 321 to Baskins Creek Bypass, around to what used to be called Airport Rd, down to the Parkway to the Hampton. Easy Peasy with beautiful scenery. Hope to see y'all in May in the "Hot Rod Escalade" 🤣 I looked at Brunt but bought Thorogood instead. I have to have comfy boots with support! Y'all ROCK!
I dont know how much you charge for those illegal parks but it always excites me to hear how happy people are when the mute turns off. It must be the triple combo of the price, cash only and cab ride to get to your 221 newman rd location.
Great video as always !! Love allJeff and Kristen do and glad so many think of great things to keep you safe out there ... and the boots are very nice !! Keep the great videos coming and glad to get a better look at the red truck !! It’s going to be great in videos also ! Blessings to you all !
Love the cowboy boots and shorts on that first illegal park. Such a bold fashion statement.
Gonzo, that’s what I told my husband, too! 😂
So common in Kentucky. I don't see here in Ohio but I did when I lived in Kentucky. I wouldn't be surprised if his hat didn't have a fish hook on it haha
while drinking twisted tea!!!! looked just like one of their woke commercials
Me to my neighbor: Yeah, I have 12 cars but only a 6 car garage, so I'm going to park in your driveway for a couple days, ok?
I swear, people have sure enough forgotten how to think. Y'all are the BEST and I thank you for making these videos. Love all y'all
Never apologize for a “bad” video Jeff. I feel all EA videos are top shelf
Never apologize for speaking facts. Even if the left hates it.
I second that!
Like the new red truck!!! I think video’s are the best way to go for the insurance companies!!! Extra special for all of us who tag along!

Gotta love chevys genius idea of putting in aluminum drive shafts.
I am surprised at how many people just can't drive. I feel bad for some of them. But, i think in the long run. It makes them better drivers.
Jeff, it's funny how with the PD sitting there that you do NOT have entitled Jerks trying to drive through your work zone screaming that "You can't block the road." That still burns my hide, what an IDIOT! You guys are great!
Illegal parks are my favorite part of your videos.
LOL! Same!
So good to see Jeff having so much fun showing us all his goodies and Kristie giggling. So great such a great couple
I found your channel now I got my whole family tree binge watching lol
I never thought I'd enjoy watching the sky through a windshield so much. But I really enjoyed it!
Pepe’s towing lifted a 120,000 pound excavator off a pile of steel about 15 feet tall down to the ground using Bailey’s products. It was pretty damn impressive to watch. They lift tractor trailers with Baileys products. So they are good products.
Love this channel. My go to on a typical British rainy day!
You Are All Appreciated and I am Proud to be a part of your EA Family on RUclips. 🙏💕😎💕🙏
I am always amazed with the way you solve how to get out of a ditch. When I’m saying no way, you’re getting a jack out and make it look so easy.
It funny that I get excited when you get different items to try out.
You guys be safe.
WOW! The drive shaft on the Silverado looked like it was very delicate! Really thin wall Aluminum.
Right and on a 2500 'Heavy Duty' too. Really SWIFT move GM, and others as well. SMDH
This channel rocks been a fan for over a year maybe longer God bless yall always
Thank you Thomas!!
Jeff, you truly are everything auto. You give guidance to your customers, and always make sure they are safe.
Bailey's is getting quite the good rep from you and other towing companies !!!
good to see a former tow-op making needed rigging 👍👍
Those boots are very very good boots. Comfortable and take a beating..

Just found your channel in the afternoon & still binge watching ❤️ you guys are the best
I was holding my breath 😅 while you were driving down the mountain
Those roads down there are CRAZY!!!
Crazy aluminum driveshaft, WOW. Awesome job guys. Stay safe out there.
Similar concept with bicycles... last time I was purchasing a mountain bike (years ago) at the time you could get steel frames or aluminum frames, and the tubing for the aluminum was a larger diameter than the steel frames.
It’s a Chevy not a real truck
Your amazing Jeff. Getting that SUV back on the road the way you did with no damage at all. Thanks for all you do. Thanks for sharing part of your day :). Have a great weekend!!
Jeff you and your wife or just awesome people y'all are always helping out the community always giving back that's why so many people reach out to y'all I was always told when you give back good things happened to you keep up the good work take care
Thank God for your Wife
Just found your videos. Great stuff. When the lady asks if it is possible to pry open the damaged trunk and Jeff just forces it open with no effort. 💪
That driveshaft looks way too light for a 2500, now you got me thinking about the one in mine, 3500HD Chev.
Nice looking yard there Jeff like the Air Stream trailer sorry I have not been watching your video I have been working on my channel well keep up the great work you and your wife are doing on your channel.
Robert
CHEVROLET with a cheap tin drive shaft..OH MY!! Great video. Thank you for sharing Jeff 👍👍🪝🪝
Always amazes me how you get some of the stuff out of those deep ditches. Could not believe how thin that driveline was. Keep up the good work.😮
Good job yall, I love this channel
Jeff and Kristen this has been another great video and those boots and straps and cones will be wonderful for all of your towing and recoveries . Be safe guys
You received some really nice things! That is awesome!
You are really so cool out there Jeff. Always love to watch you buddy. Brings back many of my memories. Mark from Tennessee 👍👍
Hello👋from the Netherlands🇳🇱.
there are no bad EA videos period ! ,
you do your job and DURING your work you take us into the work that's it,
those are the videos,
and for those people who start complaining about the image quality,
go watch the Discovery channel or watch a "reallife soap" on TV ,
then I just look at REAL people like Jeff & Kristen ,
EA does not make TV programs and in no broadcaster with a whole professional camera team,
so they are and remain homemade amateur images,
albeit in a top image quality in my opinion and quantity ,
the only thing I regret is that Jeff & Kristen do not both have a microphone ,
and not because the quality is bad but because I don't want to miss anything from them in a conversation ,
like in the clip that Jeff looks at the towtruck and talking about the mess in the toolbox ,
I didn't hear that until I rewinded and turned the sound up WAY louder ,
but that depends on the mic position on the camera and whether you are speaking to the camera or away from it .
keep it up Jeff👊 & Kristen❤ and the EA-team 👍
thanks for the video Jeff & Kristen and the EA-team
Sincerely Hollandduck 🇳🇱🦆
Hi Jeff, I'm pretty new to your channel, happen to come across it one evening, now I watch it as much as I can. I've seen some awesome rescues you and your wife have done. I think it's pretty cool that your wife is right there with you,

Thanks for tagging along with us!
HEY! Hello Jeff and Kristen!!
Note to self, check for driveshaft upgrades.
I finally got to hear Kristen That International medium duty is sweet I used to drive Medium duty and rollback Internationals
You are amazing at problem solving. ❤
You both are doing a great job. God bless you and your family Jeff. Mark from Tennessee 👍👍
You learn alot watching jeff because when i looked at the situation here 8:04 i thought he’s gonna need the jack to lift it up on to the road and a side pull. Jeff, you and your wife are awesome.
Wow you really earn your money. Your skill and knowledge for towing are off the charts. How you handle those tight mountain roads is amazing.
Bailey's straps are what Josh of Pepe's Towing uses. His bigger straps are used to upright semis that have rolled.
Great vid guys with plenty of varied content. That truck’s driveshaft was insane - cut in two like butter! It’s not the video quality that we’re concerned with it’s the quality of the people in the video we’re most concerned with.
Oh ShagBark! I admit I had to jump ahead while you were driving/meeting those cars on that narrow road. Another great video!
I like the new truck, be safe we lost a tow truck driver last week near Shawnee ok
thank you for sharing with us so cool have a Blessed day stay safe.
I am a Chevy guy but that driveshaft takes the cake.... Your videos are awesome..... I like those orange hats you need to wear them when you are on a call ..... 🙏💖🙏
Wow that drive shaft was so thin. Yet looked like a monster drive shaft. I wonder how often that happens. Probably more often then Chevy wants.
Hello Jeff Great job on all I missed your partner God bless and stay safe
What a road buddy. Man lucky you have four wheel drive low. Amen to that Jeff. Mark from Tennessee. Great job again buddy. 👍👍
Wow Jeff I didn't know the boss lady would send you on your own. LOL Great videos Thanks for take me along for the ride

Looks like he could sleeve that drive shaft with a soda can and some pop rivets and roll on! LOL
I'd rather watch both of you work than arguing with irrational customers over the phone or in person. I enjoyed the video..
I wonder how that chick that parked at the Family Dollar would like it if someone just left their car in their drive way for a few days without asking? The entitlement of people today is mind numbing.
Another great video, thanks!
Good job Jeff that was great job Jeff you did good I'll give you an A-Plus😊
all these beautiful views you keep showing is making me want to move back to Tennessee. 😊
Very creative using the jack
Man shag mnt recovery with the broken driveshaft really showed how well and careful you work I know that was a tough trip back out to the main road .
oh Jeff!!! "well, I'm not backin' up". Yup, somethings just aren't gonna happen!!! Well done! thanks for bringing us along
I've never knew a driveshaft was that thin. I will never pull my trailer again with confidence. Thanks Jeff for giving a guy 20 years of "Drive Shaft Anxiety" if there is such a thing. Lol

I’m at least one of the ones complaining about the resolution. Totally understand. I’ve been seeing a difference. Thank you!

Hey Jeff and Kristen! Great video as always. That Aluminum drive shaft needs to be revised. Have a great weekend and be safe.
Congratulations on new Big Red! As usual you are so kind and humble. Wish i could meet you! Arizona is a bit far.
Amazing video, Jeff you need to put a wish list up for the new truck, can't wait to see yall in August and stay safe
It's your job as a tow operator to be able to use ESP to determine if the vehicle is illegally parked because the the owner is not from the area and didn't see the sign. Please adjust.
😆😆
Hopefully there's an aftermarket upgrade for that plastiluminum driveshaft.
You provide some very interesting videos. I look forward to them. Thanks
Your ok i own three towing n recovery in nyc ill be sending u sumthing
I think I've watched all of your videos and look forward to seeing them when they are ready 🎉
Yet another great video! Way to go Jeff, this was a busy one!
Jeff, your sleeve is really start to look good. I see that there is color and wrapping around the arm. ❤ u guys

Another great video has Jeff and Kristen 👍
Be safe out there and just be happy. Amen. Mark from Tennessee 👍👍
Nice job guys. Stay safe out there.
Always great videos Jeff and Kristen you do a hard job all hour's of the day and night.
Why are the prices for illegal parking always muted out audio? Just curious 😂 Long time fan! Me love y'all long time 😂
