my mother had mobility issues and the bain of my life was handicap cheaters over here in scotland we have traffick wardens much like the meter maids so they dont get towed they just get a ticket i always took great pleasure telling them about cheaters keep up the good work sir love the channel stay safe

Some of those handicapped really do park for only a few minutes, but most do not. Both of our youngest kids live in this pretty nice apartment complex just outside of Cleveland OH. If we're going in to visit with one of them at their apartment (they have separate apartments in the same building, but on different floors), we like to use their provided handicapped spots. That way there's room for me to get out my walker or wheelchair, depending on what I'm using on a given day. They try to reserve all of their ground floor apartments for disabled people, so there should always be a few open spots for visitors.
