I loved the ASMR aspect. Some of these exercises are really hard and painful shit and the gentle style of the video makes it somewhat easier to ease into them. Plus you’ve got a super nice and relaxing voice and great videography skills.

Good exercises to prepare for the demands of climbing. A bit of free advice from a musculoskeletal medicine practitioner- to improve wrist flexibility it is essential to flex (curl) the fingers at the same time as the wrist.
Do you have any advice on combating tendon issues? I've messed up my right elbow pretty badly by jumping into doing too many pull ups. I was surprised how many I could do after just climbing for a while and didn't realize I was damaging myself. I'm still suffering 3 weeks later. :-(
Hi there sorry to hear about your injury. Disclaimer, I have unsolicited advice if you want to try, I am not in the medical field, I'm into sports... Tendons take a long time to heal like 4-8months. Take collagen peptides, stretch, and get deep REM sleep with calcium chews before bed and a strong bed time tea. Infrared light therapy really helps heal more quickly. Lastly, keep working out with modifications (less weight/leverage) there is an injury preventative exercise for the elbows.... Take a 12 inch long Thera-Band Flex-Bar (start with low lbs) extend both arms straight in a mummy position whilst holding the Flex-Bar shoulder width apart and twist it like you are ringing out a wet towel 10x. Another, hold the bar in one hand mummy position so that the bar is vertical with hand at the bottom of bar, grip enough so it doesn't fall from your hand and shake it as if to hammer as fast as you can don't bend elbow.
Good routine but have you been recording voice for this video inside the church during the holly mass. My notebook on full and barely heard your voice :) Keep it up with goood work. All the best buddy
Its normal to feel sore after doing that? Like in the next day I felt a little sore, is not pain but I can feel a different "pain" and idk if this is normal or it will pass for building strength
