I love how open Frank is about the human side of management. So often interviews just boil down to things like tactical style. It's such a great insight to understand the challenges he faces personally with things like keeping players happy or the pressures of following in the footsteps of some of the top managers the Premier League has had.

Super Frank Lampard. This man oozes class, he's intelligent, a hard worker and a professional, humble, and one of the greatest footballers... what else can I say but to cherish the fact we have a proper Chelsea man as our manager.

Frank is supported by Fans and club. I love the fact that he is staying positive even though we've had so many ups and downs this season. The team is young, improving and exciting to watch. But, we still need a world class winger and striker to compete with "big boys" though.

Lampard enjoys something very few managers did at Chelsea apart from José who did for a brief while which is the crowd support. The Chelsea faithfuls have shown that they are behind Lampard till the very end. This transfer window has been a disaster and any other manager would have walked including the very best in the world (Pep and Klopp). Somehow still shows a lot of character and has not hidden emotions like Ole who undeservedly got the United Job, Lampard has not minced words in criticizing the Chelsea Board for lack of transfer movement and that's exactly why he is a Legend and will only go from strength to strength. Wish you the best Lampard.
As a football loving neutral I think Frank’s great. He’s a thoughtful intelligent talented gentleman. I hope he does very well.

There is an honesty and genuineness about Frank that is rare and great to see. Gives a great insight to the role of pkayer an manager. You want him to do well. Has an easy intelligence about him as well. Future England manager I reckon.
