At the beginning when he said, "good to be here" and scratched his head; giving away that he was lying because he's probably a little tired of doing these kinds of interviews. I enjoy them and others do but he doesn't seem to have the ego of someone who enjoys receiving blown smoke all the time.

Lampard is a proper student of the game. Since he was a player, always quiet and observant. Without the ball his head was on a swivel, always updating his information about what is going on around him. I really want him to go on to become one of the world's top managers.

Good man is Frank. He's a good man trying his heart out on his terms, who knows his own shortcomings, people need to understand that if people aren't successful for years it doesn't mean they're bad managers. Maybe they (him and Stevie G) aren't the best managers there could be, but with the right humility and understanding of what their roles are, could excel in who they are.

Frank has been my idol on and specially off the pitch. I've learnt a lot from him and I still am. He's an inspiration to everyone who wants live a humble and happy life.

Awesome podcast seriously, havent even listened to this one but can't wait to listen to Franks thoughts and experiences. Just judging by how good the one with Sean Dyche was, I cant wait to listen to this tonight. Some really beautiful nuggets of information and wisdom you can take away by listening to these people who are performing at the highest level (see what I did lol)

Great stuff. I would pay to see Sir Alex on here.
(Honourable mention for Arsene Wenger who nicely summarised the pressure of being a football manager as every game being like an exam)
