This was a really good exercise series. Supportive and strengthening for the hips, glute and the whole entire leg areas. I am recovering from bursitis in the hips - I was flexible and not strong! And, the combination of strengthening exercises that also promote healthy mobility is such a boon for me. Thank you Charlee!

Great all round strengthening - conditioning routine
My body is in poor shape from heart failure and osteoarthritis - I will save this and hopefully I can reach this level of conditioning over the next weeks/months

I could feel the bent knees side plank when I'm really driving that shin in, that made all the difference.
This looks brilliant the problem is i have FAI it always concerns me doing different moves. I do fancy giving this a try. Thanks for sharing
