I cannot thank you enough for all of your mobility videos. I moderately tweaked my back last week and it's many weeks until I could get back into sessions with my physio, but these exercises have brought so much relief. Thank you!

Can you please show people how to get down onto the ground properly and how to get up properly without hurting your back? I have osteoporosis really bad and I'm watching everybody just get up and down like it's nothing and maybe that's true but there should be a proper way to get down from a standing position to get down onto the ground and then get back up without hurting your back. Thank you.

Great video. Thank you so much. It helps that your a physical therapist. I notice you have your shoes on with your exercises. Is that what we’re supposed to do, wear shoes ? I have always done Pilates and some yoga without shoes. Just wondering

All these were super easy and left my back feeling looser execpt the heel tucks. I could not do them at all without my back arching. I am sweating and tightening my core so much and not breathing and my back still arched a bit. What is the easier version to build up strength?

I modify that exercise by keeping one leg knee bent foot down & raising one leg & then putting it down & switching sides.
