- The tenant facing eviction is supposedly at work at the time of eviction. What I find I still can't believe - a house full of dogs, one in just about every room. House full of skulls, one in just about every room. And a skeleton!

These people haven't left permanently. They're working or just out. They didn't just leave their dogs. House is still full of furniture and personal affects. Not to mention I'm pretty sure they would have taken their gun.

This was a strange one. The house was full of stuff and provisions and they were supporting seven dogs, which seemed well cared for. There seemed to be no evidence of hard times. So why did they not buy less stuff and pay the rent. They had obviously been there for a long time to have accumulated so much stuff. You would have never known this house was days away from eviction.
I have an aunt who is like this, currently going through an eviction and still cant stop buying/ordering new things. honestly sad because you know they have the full ability to probably do both (shoping and pay rent) if they just put the rent first, then do whatever u feel like with your money after
I have families like this. They prefer to go shopping, partying, and gamble all their rent/bills money. They always blames someone else for their mess, they have many excuses, neglects their children, and most of them has been on welfare for years now refusing to grow up, get a job, and provide for their own children.
People today lack common sense and business sense.

You also probably can't imagine not paying your rent for months. Or not working out a payment plan. Or getting a 2nd/3rd job. I've never even thought of being evicted.

The problem is though they all been notified and have had court so they know what’s up it’s most think they can get around it with excuses but most have used so many excuses some for months on end til the landlord is just done . They knew just didn’t care

That doesn’t have to be the case. Things happen. Anyone can fall on hard times, and it doesn’t matter whether you have 7 dogs or 7 children. The majority of Americans are only 2-3 paychecks away from homelessness. The thing is people need to communicate. As a landlord myself, I’m not mean, but it’s hard for me to help you when you don’t tell me your circumstances. And after months of little rent or none at all, we have to take that last step.

Dude should have tried to secure any salvageable belongings to storage and he should have ensured the dogs were either remanded to rescue shelters or he should have given them away to interested neighbors...
No one needs that many dogs unless you live in a rural area. Not enough space otherwise
I can see why the dogs were separated, there is a frisky male wanting to mate lol. I had to laugh at the vultures turning up with trucks and no doubt they will be back. It also might be worth your while to have some dog treats in your car, they will follow for food :)
Carrying dog treats is a great idea! Especially if they're not as friendly as these. Could lure them out without getting too close. Some mail carriers do that too
What happened to the dogs? They are innocent and need to be cared for.

This person wasn't expecting eviction I see. No way I'd risk my stuff on the street.
There is a process to evictions there are court hearings papers are served, you are given the opportunity to pay, if you cannot pay, you are given a date to which you must vacate the premises if you are not out by that date you will be forcibly removed your belongings will be placed on the curbside, the locks are changed, so they knew this was coming!
He served the guy personally. He knew the process and what was going to happen. He still didn’t get his stuff out
You'd be surprised at how many people think that ignoring things makes them go away. They're the same ones who are surprised when the sheriff shows up after they haven't paid rent in a year.

The guy had his cremated dogs in the bedroom closet. I can't imagine coming home to my stuff on the front lawn in bags.. Sad. I hope the pups are alright.
More than likely by the time you get home the neighbors and people driving by have already picked through your pile of furniture and stuff thoroughly and hauled away most all of it- appliances, furniture, your computers, valuables, and if they have your computers they can get your passwords and log ins too. If you stashed cash away in the matress, inside books or whatever, that's all gone too.

A nice house with several dogs left alone locked in separate rooms. A bedroom full of empty Mountain Dew cans and a loaded gun. Dart board and lots of ornamental skulls. This is one of the strangest/creepiest evictions I’ve ever seen. Makes no sense.

What may be strange to you is normal to others. You know everyone doesn’t have the same exact taste nor do they decorate their homes with flowers 🌸 and antiques. This is obviously the home of a man, and he may be connected with rescuing/re-homing dogs Although on another note, “If you think 🤔 this is strange then you’d think my my home was bizarre or really weird because my husband likes anything that has to do with skulls/grim ripper or anything scary, although we don’t own 7 dogs but we have a pet squirrel 🐿 and a Maine Coon cat that’s the size of a large puppy, both that we rescued as babies!!

As a dog owner if you know you’re getting evicted have the decency to have your dogs go somewhere. So that they’re not stuck outside or stuck with animal control because you as the owner can’t pay your own rent.

t know any owner who would let someone have 6 dogs in their house. It's a liability on the owner, as if one of the dogs attacks someone they may have soem liability as the property owner.

This, ladies and gentlemen, is one of the reasons why shelters and rescues will never go out of business. Blame the irresponsible owners (like these) who allow their animals to breed indiscriminately - just because they can. I hope those animals find some decent homes and are spayed and neutered asap.

Thank you @Mario Mejia. I personally served this tenant his paperwork for court. I explained the process and what would happen. I was hoping he had moved but we see he didn’t. Hopefully someone will learn from his mistake. 🙏

Nobody can evict you if you’re taking pictures and making sure you keep the place kept clean and paying your rent on time.

They're given a date of when to be out of the property if evicted so people have a chance to leave on their own. People sometimes ignore it thinking nothing will happen until their stuff is I outside 🤷🏻♀️
They're in borrowed time once that writ is signed so they know it's coming, they just don't know when

It's disgusting behaviour from their so called owners.
Locked inside the house in the dark (at least leave a lamp or two on people) , no dog door so they can go out to do their business or get any exercise.

I have 7 adult dogs and 7 puppies down from 12 puppies. All in my house. Nothing wrong w having as many pets as you can take care of. Granted mine are all ankle bitters and very well taken care of. My friend has 5 bullies and also breeds. She has 2 litters for a total of 18 puppies. My kids are all grown and I own my house. Mine have never spent 3hrs alone let alone a day. People let this give the good pet owners a bad name
For all them dogs to been inside I haven't seen no dog poop ,so they must be trained and maybe the ones on cages use the bathroom and that's why they are in cages..
And all inside the house. My SIL has 7 fn Alaskian Huskies AND A HUGE ASS PIG INSIDE HER HOME!! inside yall! No wait there 4 huskies and a bulldog and the pig. My bad. 🙄

it's not the processors job to know the reason, he's there to get a job done and make sure his staff are safe, i doubt he had time to research why each dog was where they was found.

It's dangerous to put the dogs out all together in the yard. You never know if they're aggressive toward one another that could have been why they were separated.
Exactly or they woulda been all running around together in the house . But you do see that one of those brown brindle colored dogs trying to hump one of the other dogs so it coulda been that as well

Becoming a Legend reminding folks what can happen when you fail to pay rent, sorta like a cautionary tale but with footage to show. Exactly why I put into my kids that rent is just another man's income, and you should always try to own something, don't matter if it's a mobile home...make it yours. My son saved up $12k in a few months working at Sonics, and bought a nice 3 BR 2 Bath Mobile Home for $10k cash a few years ago...now he owns a few properties and finally bought the vehicle he put off since he was a teen.

Az crazy as it may sound I was scratching my head watching that it didn't make sense to me. All the skulls to just too creapy for me and one if the dogs was pretty skinny n owner didn't care enough to get them fixed maybe that's y they were separated however fixing them would be better

The sad reality is most of them will be euthanized due to their breed and shelter overcrowding. My local shelter has 26 dogs 25 are pitbull or pitbull mixes. The liability is so high that it's getting harder to find a landlord that will accept "dangerous dog breeds".

Mr Penn did an excellent job carefully and slowly getting the dogs out back. Thank God it was fenced. After a while they looked really sad and confused not knowing what was happening to their home. Hopefully, they found better homes after all this.

@@Bebedollie If I'm not mistaken, ensuring the care and safety of the dogs is the responsibility of the owner. That individual was well aware that an eviction was imminent but did nothing for the dogs. Just because nothing was said in the video doesn't mean that animal control wasn't contacted during the eviction. I've watched a lot of videos on this channel and there haven't been many dogs in the home. Also, there is usually someone home when the eviction commences.

You do realize that some people take care of their stuff. I have a lot of items as well from years ago. When you take care of your stuff you don’t have to buy things every year around tax season like a lot of people do. You don’t know how they got into that situation.
@@newbienews9947 That's the stupid part about it. The tenant is aware that an eviction is coming, yet they leave their valuables in a house they no longer have a right to be in. If you can pay your rent, its best to just leave before it gets to this point

The only thing they're going to be pissed about is not getting there while the eviction was I'm process. People should be well aware that their freeloading behinds are gonna get tossed out at some point.

Imagine coming home after a long and stressful day at work to find yourself evicted. It’s gonna be a very tough pill to swallow. However, he brought upon his own demise. You’re working one menial job to cover rent but have a house filled with dogs you can barely feed and have paraphernalia lying around. He could’ve took the time and money spent from gathering dogs and smoking weed and instead put the same effort into making sure he would have a roof over his head and a place to sleep.. and who the hell puts a TV in the bathroom!!!!

I called the shelter but they are slow to come out if the dogs have access to a backyard. His neighbor said that the owner would be there a little after 5pm. We left them with water

If I had to work and knew I was being evicted my dogs would have been taken somewhere safe days before. Sometimes I think peoples thought process is that if the dogs are on the property that will halt the eviction. Wrong!
People truly don’t always know. I had a friend that worked outside of the house. Her roommate who WFH *said* she was paying the rent but wasn’t…and was able to hide every single notice/ lie her way through questions and then dipped out on her. This is why I rent what I can afford rather than being a roommate into the situation. 🤷🏾♀️
How in the world can people spend that much money on so many things they don’t really need and not pay their rent? There’s probably $2000 DVD’s, etc. in that book case. I’ll never understand it. I was raised to be frugal, work hard, save my money and take care of things. That house is really cute. I love the corner fireplace. And the dogs, so sad. If you can’t pay your rent, you certainly can’t afford dog food.
If you were working you wouldnt have been evicted in the first place, who knows what the story is with these people, maybe one was in jail, never know

He didn't care for them. The owner had them separated for a reason and he just threw them outside with no care in the world
@@diceflawless9115I will absolutely agree, the 2 puppies obviously came from the 2 older dogs, now sadly as they were at it while in the garden that’s more puppies that will most definitely be born on the cold hard floor of a shelter! As you said he had them separated for a reason!
