@jes9044 Unfortunately, it's not as good as it was suppose to be though. From what I've read, there were going to be some more randomly generated elements, like the planet encounters. Also, Pepper Coins were suppose to have some hidden purpose, but they apparently don't do anything in the rom we have.
They open up a hidden map with I believe a revive for your fallen teammate. I haven't 100%'d the game myself yet, so this has yet to be found out, from my perspective, at least.
@@mrgameragequit6109 Idk, something about the N64 sorta ruined the mystique that was OG Star Fox while simultaneously making it better. Star Fox 2 on the SNES proved that the SNES could still hold its own well into 2000, but newer technology called for a newer generation in gaming.

why did they not release the game? btw the game is fun as hell!!!
I know im 11 years late but, you can actually play it now, and why they didn't release it was because nintendo 64 way more powerful.
