For a second, I was worried that the main villain wasn't going to be a white cis male. Then upon finding out that Sweet Baby worked on this game, I'm glad to say my fears were put to rest 😂

This game was so Unknown, I didn't even know it existed until it released, and I've already mostly forgotten about it.

This is the only actual gameplay I've seen of this game amongst all the hate reviewing lol, and I have to say, I wish I hadn't seen it. This is like 2005 level basicness. Great vid dude. EDIT: LOL the Elden Ring gameplay halfway through hahahaha killed me

dunno what everyones fetish is with stealth games. i hate that mechanic. give her a gun and it could be a pretty game. but this is stupid.
I grew up playing MGS and Splinter Cell and loved them, but when games like this shoehorn “stealth” in, it feels gross
Woman would rather stab an enemy in the back, from the shadows. Men confront, and overcome.
I like stealthing through a mission. Listening to gaurds bickering, getting in and out without anyone knowing. Like hitman, getting the kill without any evidence coming back to me is the best. But games should be built around the mechanic. If you are a superhero who can tank an army, stealth is unnecessary.
@ronnievaughn1257 women usually poison them. Stabbing in the back, traps and ambushes is how wars are fought against larger foes. Something American men have done for years.
It's to tack on shallow "muh gameplay options." Go all in like Thief or MGS or don't bother at all. I always hate when games treat stealth gameplay as an optional handicap instead of an actual necessity.

Honestly, even though it's looking kinda broken, if it weren't for the fact that SBI was involved, I might be interested in at least giving it a chance. Those a**holes have destroyed more than one of my favorite franchises now. I hope gamers everywhere can work together to bring down all this DEI bs.

So the beginning of this game is a bit like Stellar Blade where you follow someone. Except in Stellar Blade you’re following your Squad Leader Taki through a battle field filled with mutants while everything is blowing up or on fire. Taki looks a bit better than generic game character’s Mum version ‘5’ as well.
While having attractive characters is not as important as the game play but It said “we eat with our eyes”. It’s hard to enjoy a meal that looks like dog food and this game looks a gaming version of a Dog’s Dinner! Stellar blade, Hogwarts Legacy and Elden Ring all have something in common other than being great games. They are visually appealing with fantastic looking world and character design.

"This game stars a character who, miraculously, is in a video game. The first thing you will notice is that you do actually play the whole game as this character, and for a select few people, this will not be a problem. The game plays like a lucid dream where you are running and stumbling around with no pants on, trying to catch something you can't see. Your failure to catch that thing in your dream results in fluish, cold sweats, anxiety, and the constant desire to have pants, so the people in your dream can't see your pale, cold buns.
Once you have finally gotten the hang of the controls, you will realize the game is still going. This will result in the flu-like symptoms to return, as you pause the game, and get up to walk around a bit. Fortunately, at the 5-hour mark, you realize that things have improved - you realize you don't actually have to turn the game back on.
Playing this game on your current settings will ensure that the game runs in frames-per-second, with a draw-distance, textures, and animations. The worst part about all the recent games like this is that it really didn't have to be this way. The mechanics here could have been interesting, and I love a good TPP action-adventure and stealth games, but "they" just can't make a good game, can they? They get all up their own butts about all sorts of nonsense (like being mad about gamers wanting attractive women, but even more than that, it's about when you have an actual attractive woman - Anya Chalotra is gorgeous - but the in game model doesn't look like the *real woman* it's modeled from), and since no one can be critical for fear of upsetting or offending someone, the stuff that does work doesn't get iterated out during development. It's a perfect storm of elements that lead to failure, and they keep doing it over and over again.
This could have been a decent game. On paper it's a lot of things I like in a game, but I guess they just can't help themselves.

I'm not saying this game is any good as even IGN review bombed it, but I mean as far as the climbing and jumping and shimmying, it looks pretty standard. AC, Horizon. Uncharted, Tomb Raider etc.. doesn't look as polished but all of those things are in pretty mainstream popular games.
Yeah, "Unknown 9" looks like PS2 era crap where the devs even thought they could charge 50 bucks for it. At that price I'd rather recommend people just get "Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy" and get all 3 'recent' (2013-2018) Tomb Raider games with *all* the DLCs at around $40. That way you would get way more value for your money for a much better gaming experience!
All this DEI infested stuff getting pushed out by studios these days is just total garbage.
