Im in the Lizard Coffee video from 100 years ago at one of the OG gaming houses! I spent 2 weeks with Swifty, Hotted, SgtPimms, and Mercader(before the drama). I think I became decent friends with Johns Sister, Cathy. Their mother is the sweetest and took care of me as if I was her own! John and his family and friends game me LIFELONG memories. I will die having remembered my time spent with them, in some way. I was just a kid at the time, barely 21. Had the weight of the world on my shoulders. I got lucky one night on Twitch and won a drawing for one of the first trips when he first started doing all that. They all saved my life I believe. Not directly, but you get what I mean. He got me in to working out and eating healthy. Much love. I'm so happy that Swifty is still around.

I'm nearing 30, my knees for the last 3 years have been getting really worn out from just sitting too long. So when I begin to notice it, I take mental note of it, and just stay away from the computer for the next day to do more walking. I worked a desk job for 8 years, and then drive-jobs after that, and all that sitting really caught up.
I feel you, im 38 and found that out. 15 years of sitting in front of a computer all though i used to walk around outside more during the day..but last 2 years ive done more sitting instead of being out walking and man the pain in one knee when walking stairs sucks. It makes a clicking sound :D
