You can always make campfires to regain rested buff when you're in the field. Only one that is not overlooked and instead is a staple in this list is the Troll armor. In fact, anyone who knows remotely what they're doing in Valheim will absolutely never craft Bronze armour, as the few extra points in armor rating you get is not worth how many resources it takes to craft compared to Trollhide. You can get Trollhide armor basically immediately, skipping even Deerhide, and then move on to Root or Iron Armor.
Problem with Porcupine is how badly it scales in later biomes compared to Frostner. In Mistland Seekers are resistant to all physical damage but are weak to elemental ones. That's why Frostner and Mistwalker are soo popular there with the latter being slighty better over all and more consistent with dealing damage in a combo unlike knockbacking frostner that is better in keeping enemes at bay. In Ashlands all enemies are either weak or neutral to Frost and Spirit. Most mobs there are neutral to blunt while Skeletons are resistant to piercing. Because of that Porcupine is a trash weapon there compared to much quicker obtained Frostner. EDIT: Also Frost damage slows down enemies which is good in dealing with swarms of enemies or slow turning enemies like Lox only to greet them with Piercing weapon afterwards. That's why after getting gear from Mountains I generaly skip Plains and go straight in to Mistlands with the exeption being Black Metal Sword since my brother prefers to use Swords for the most part of the game only to replace it with Mistwalker anyway. Also why bother with Piercing Damage from that weapon if u can craft Himminafl to not only easly farm weak to piercing mobs but also have lighting damage and high stagger from special attack? Also some mobs in Ashlands are weak to Lighting. Not to mention how powerfull it is in Mistlands. Next: I strongly disagree with the Staff of Protection for melee builds. While it is very good for ranged builds, you have to remember how parrying is important in melee builds. Staff of Protection takes away hp from you and it's shield is absorbed even if u block/parry enemy hits rendering it usseles in melee fight. Even worse, if u do not block enemy hit after the shield was destroyed in prolonged fight you are left with damaged character that might not survive next blow to heal himself later with a potion. Using this Staff in melee builds is a noob trap unless you want to use two handed weapons and rolly-polly enemy attacks like in ranged builds. Also recasting it in the middle of a fight should be also avoided. My brother learned it the hard way in Mistlands while being stuck in an animation, taking away his hp and then getting destroyed by mobs (and he is our solo-best-fighter in a group that still never died in Ashlands while carrying our asses).

Nah, crown is trash, even in the video you show you can literally see no problem without it. So no point to use it.
Linen cape just doesn't look that good, they should have done more with it. Really until the feather cape there is no point changing from the wolf cape as it looks way cooler.
So you use a mod for the ground building? Because building ground right beneath oneself does not form the ground like that, or at least in this case me and my friends have never been able to do it but there is a mod for it.
JOUNTANS BANE DOES NOT. It does less slash damage which is what is used for tree cutting. It has poison to compensate for its lack of slash damage, but for that reason it is worse for cutting trees. Beserker has lower DPS for trees, the black metal axe still does the most tree cutting damage as the beserker takes longer between each swing.
"Nothing" except the draugr and skeleton archers that are bloody everywhere in the swamps, you mean.
thats fair. The only thing i'd add is that arrows do pierce damage and archers are everywhere!
You can absolutely "pillar up" with the hoe, but you need a work bench to place stone

Lmao bro think the entire game is trash
Strange theory. Moder and Fader. Mother and father? Ice and fire dragons. Nobody thought of this?
yeah its been thought of. Pretty sure its part of the lore
@SpazzyjonesGaming Right yea. Pretty obvious but I never seen anyone speak of it. Good video mate. Enjoyed it.
Moder and Fader literally means mother and father in Swedish. And it's a Swedish game. So nothing groundbreaking I'm afraid.
@@klusell7014 thanks for the explanation. Every day is a school day
