Danny filth is an lyrical genius when it comes to music writing, his unique singing and writing of songs is what got me listening to more of cradle of filth
Yes, his voice sounds vampiric, sometimes his high pitched screams are described as banshee-like. They play a lot with classic horror tropes. You can clearly see that Dani Filth (singer) idolizes Edgar Allen Poe, just in the way he writes the lyrics. I remember him saying once, that they don't do the satanic bullshit just for the purpose of being evil, like a lot black metal bands do. They don't take themselves too serious, they just tell dark, romantic, cultural fairytales, about vampires, succubi and all that stuff, to entertain us. I like em.
So it is Nymphetamine (Fix) which is a small portion of the song, and the whole song is called Nymphetamine (Overdose) which there is not a music video for just tracks :) Both are from the album of the same name. My favorite song from the track however is entitled "Nemesis"
The Death of Love by Cradle of Filth is another very similar to this. Dani's voice is so beautiful and unique, it's amazing a person can sound like that.

I saw these guys live in Oslo like a month ago, going off youtube videos of them live i was not expecting much, but holy shit Danny Filth kicked our asses, sounded so great! Check out Cruelty Brought Thee Orchids, Great song!
Minus the female vocalist, this is pretty much the Cradle of Filth I remember. You guys were pretty spot on with his voice voice being super low, but it also hits really high, as some have stated, banshee high even. They've always had the orchestral music playing with their music. It's one of the things I've always kind of liked about their music as they add that horror film vibe to their music. I also like how they myths, legends, and historical figures (I'm thinking Elizabeth Bathory, if you don't know who she is, you should google her legend) and creates songs and even sometimes albums about these topics. Very cool band. Also, for fun, you should search for Danny answering machine recording lol Looking forward to more Babymetal, and I also noticed you've done Dimesh, but I haven't seen you react to my other favorite female vocalist (Su-Metal from Babymetal being one of the 2), Morissette Amon. You REALLY need to check her out! I'd recommend you check out anything from the wish bus! She did a cover for Never Enough, Rise Up, and many other songs. If you want more metal, then another REALLY cool band that makes you really wanna get stuff done (at least for me anyhow lol) is a band named Amon Amarth. AMAZING band. Many people pretty much consider them Viking Metal, although if I remember correctly, THEY don't really consider themselves as that even though everything they sing and do is VERY Scandinavian/Viking themed. There's also another AWESOME band (this is for everybody, not just you two), called Edge of Sanity. They're an older band from the 90s and early 2000s. I don't think they have any high quality live videos on RUclips, but I would recommend checking them out even if its just on your own time. This track is awesome. Masterpiece. But Cradle of Filth always switched styles in their career, and I can imagine that there are tracks that are just repulsive to you. This here might be the first track I would recommend to anyone, to introduce him to the band. If you don't like this one, you might not like anything by them. It's one of their most accessive songs. All in all they do a lot of extreme metal. Try Cradle of Filth "Temptation" next. I only recommend the more accessive ones first. I struggled with them too, because I was introduced the wrong way.
If you want another good song that's like got good balance between the vocals her ghost in the fog is another one of my favorite songs ☺️ Do you want the superheavy version of cradle of Filth malice through the looking Glass if you want the heavy screaming Non-Stop super super heavy that's one of his most heavy songs I've ever heard in my entire life your brother must have been listening to the older stuff from the 90s that was a little bit more heavier than this what you just reacted to some of their newer stuff is a mix of everything they've learned through the years
Listen to " tearing the veil from grace" a lyric video. Older cradle songs didn't have videos just a small few did. I think that song has a good balance different styles of vocals he will like.
