Today, Olivo restaurants & shops owner, Mauro Sanna shows us how he makes Spaghetti alla Bottarga- a classic Sardinian pasta dish we have been making in our London restaurants for 30 years!

Thanks Mauro for sharing your Crown jewels with us. We don't just come to your restaurants for the delicious (and great value) food, but also the crazy Sardinian atmosphere. So, even if we get close to making this dish as well at home, we will all be celebrating at the Olivo restaurants for another 30 years. You have always been our home kitchen away from home. Still, shame about you supporting Chelsea!
