“Runs like a haunted shithouse”
😂😂😂
"a brisk northerly up your freckle" 🤣🤣🤣🤣☠️
Cyril. I lost it from there onward. Tears down the face and howls of laughter. Wife thought I'd lost it. Nearly did.
All my Dad's mates used to talk like that.
They were quick witted, hilarious and always taking the piss.
What a treat. Classic clever humour. You are greatly missed John Clarke.
Imagine getting that for $700 in any condition now
I love how Tem is undecided until his partner chips in; then he buys it to spite her! 😂
You missed the best part at the end.... remember to park it on a hill.
Yess that is the best line
What a bummer, sounds funny
Goes like a strangled fart 😂😂
You've got to love a used car salesman, one of the best.
Jango Fett buys his first spaceship.
John Clarke's face is only shown in close up because he wasn't on set with Temuera Morrison and Lisa Elbacher. He was filmed in Melbourne Australia and edited into the scene later.
This needs to be cleaned up and released digitally or on DVD 🙂
Shoutout to Norm Marsh. Ex trade school teacher at Kangan Bateman Automotive TAFE 👍
The Billie T James _"How to buy a used car"_ skit was better than Fred Dagg selling them even though this was a good one.
billy T is overrated. he had one joke
@@wardrobeuntermensch223 Said no one ever, you prat
Priceless humour!
Just brilliant
RIP John Clarke. This would’ve been awesome to redo as a bit with Boba Fett buying Slave One. 😆
Love it
Early Tem. Even before Dr Ropata went to Guatemala.
Absolutely gold
Classic. John comic genius. Good to see a young bounty hunter too
Temuera Morrison?
yep
Jake the Muss buying clapped out Zephyr from Fred Dagg…
There's an old song called Shelby County Tribune, by C.W. McCall.
About a 1957 Chevy pickup. Quite funny🎯⚡😁☕
Awesome 😂😂😂😂
That guy became Boba Fett.
Boba's Dad, Jango.
Best part of the movie
John is the best New Zealander.
Jango Fett (no, really!) buying a nag off a wag, priceless.
:14 Jakey!!!❤❤❤❤
Classic Kiwi comedy there
I miss Clark
hahahahaha, hilarious!
How does this have so few views?
Brenda from highlander
What was this movie? Very funny
Rolls Canardly 😁
Cyril, Cyril.
"That's remarkably frank of you."
"Cyril...Cyril."
I will never forgive the Grampians for taking Clarke from us.
Do Kiwis refer to a warranty as a "warrant", or was this part of the joke?
"Warrant of fitness" a basic road safety inspection that had to be redone every 6 month IIRC.
Also referred to as a *WOF.*
Warrant is a "warrant of fitness" a legal requirement to show your car is roadworthy. The salesman has just explained the brake problem and that the car wouldn't pass a warrant of fitness test, but is ready to write him an (illegal) one anyway. Nowadays warrants of fitness are all hooked up to a national database and no garage would want to lose their ability to grant them by writing one for an unfit vehicle. Car dealerships couldn't write them either, still can't.
@@LizMason-girvanBack in the 80s when I was a teenager we all knew a garage that would stick a wof on whatever shitbox we brought in, usually someone’s brother or mate worked there.😆
Warrant, short for Warrant of Fitness (WoF) that is required to legally drive a vehicle on a public road.
Cash.
Done
Kesh.
Jango Fett buying the slave I
How kiwi is this?
Kiwi as bro!
Very.
The Muss before he started drinking.
