My great grandma did works that you could turn inside out and it would form different patterns which amazed me at age 3! Most of them were given away, but I saved one.
the pencil case was my first crochet project ever, i got done with it about six hours ago and when i say this was the easiest tutorial ever, i really mean it. before this i had only watched one video on some basic stitches, that was all. and then i started this project after a few failed attempts at making hearts and flowers (which i would always abandon after five minutes of starting because i couldn't understand what was going on) my case turned out really cute and everyone loved it.
I like the way you make the sizes so adjustable and understandable. Thank you for this tutorial. You not only taught us how to make it, but also added to our crotchet knowledge. I’m confident in making this without a tutorial now.
I'm a beginner and was uneasy about switching colors in a pattern (like the checkered), but you just made it so easy to understand. I can't wait to make this, thank you!!!!

Just made a glasses case with this pattern! I used white and purple yarn for the checkers and a little black heart for the charm, and it turned out so cute! I didnt chain 1 at the end of each round but made sure to have the perfect stitch count and in my opinion that worked out better and much neater, love the tutorial ❤

If you are struggling to make this then please understand this video does not state that it is for beginners. I was same as you but go back to foundation learn every stich slowly then pick up the projects which states "for beginners" and do it. I have made a headband and it was not easy at first but then i learnt the stiches and went back to it. I finally got it❤❤

This turned out, well I'll be honest I screwed up mine a little but its amazing! I tried using double crochet for this to make it longer with less effort, and I think ill just stick to single crochet for this next time...but my new love letter pouch is ready for use!

This isn’t a good tutorial for beginners, try a granny square or washcloth to practice stitches. Maybe a small blanket
