@@aaronignacio1998 Hi Aaron, question, do you think the Sigma 56mm is no longer necessary when you already have Tamron 17-70? I've been thinking about getting one of these two lenses. I'm intrigued and curious about how creamy f1.4 is but 17-70 is a great focal length, so yeah
Took it as my first lens with the a5100, no regrets as it’s my go to lens for travel photography and shot many videos with it. Also being a bit longer than the sigma, you don’t lose so much bokeh even if the aperture is not as fast ✌️
I had the Sigma 56mm to pair with my ZV-E10, I thought the autofocus was great until I tried out the Sony 50mm... I can tell you that i have a gimbal, and even on a gimbal, the stabilization of the Sigma lenses is the least a bit difficult if not problematic. Also, the use of a gimbal is possible on set-up situations, almost like a tripod. If you are doing street videography, it becomes bulky if you are planning to stay out for many hours and travel to different places. I use a 18-105 f4 zoom lens to shoot hand held but i love the sharpenes in low light night of the Sigmas trio i have, but for video i can only use it on tripod. @@Sairo9 Don't worry, I'm in the same position. Still glad I bought the Sigma. I think even without the OSS it still has a place. Wider field of view, sharper images etc. Unless you're on the move a lot it's still good for video. You can save up for the Sony as well OR pick up a used gimbal like Ronin SC.
@@JoeMischiefGXC I like your insight. I also love the sigma 30 as it is AND the oss doesn't even make that much of a difference, might as well go for the 1.4 tone hahaha
@@Sairo9 Thank you. Appreciate your comments. Always good to have maximum Toneh!!!
Hello, may maire-recommend ka bang ND filter for the sony 35mm lens? Need ko kasi siya when shooting slog2 footage eh
Try K&F ND filters. Mura pero maganda!
Wait until you get an 85mm...then do this video again.
I have both :)
I just bought it in 2024
Cheers!
