I love smash burgers, but there seem to be a bit of lacking in sanitation @1:36. The gentleman picks up the red bin off the floor and slams it down on the top of the meat grinder. The floor didn't look very clean and it makes me wonder if the filth on the floor might be transferred to the meat being ground.
Interesting/informative/entertaining. Excellent photography job. Enabling viewer's to better understand how the products are made & prepared. Then served to the customer's request. Burgers look very edible.
I had Burgermeister in Berlin. Took something like 30 mins for the order but was worth it. Raining and everyone jostling for space under the Ubahn bridge. Great times

I’d love to see an Australian version of street food, with dim sims (fried or steamed), chiko rolls, burgers with the lot including beetroot! Potato cakes, I could go on……. It would make a change.

Denn das Smashburger-Fleisch wird ja grundsätzlich so plattgedrückt und sehr kross gebraten (dunkel-braun) - trotzdem ist es noch saftig, durch den höheren Fettanteil. Aber man kann es ja auch bei der Bestellung ansagen, wie kross man es haben möchte. Auf individuelle Wünsche wird dort immer eingegangen. Mit besten Foodi-Grüßen✌️

You want a juicy burger. Not a dry burger. From an American, I can tell you that cutting grooves or holes in the patty releases all the juices. Fat content in the meat is important for a juicy hamburger. Please don't call it American food if you can't cook it like an 'American. Cutting or poking into the meat after the sear is a definite No Go. Depending on what part of the country you are in, you will find that we use either mustard or Mayo. The only place that uses thousand island dressing on their burgers is McDonalds. If you want a burger that tastes like cardboard, then you can go to McDonalds. You smash burgers look great. Try placing the sear plate on top of the bacon. It helps the bacon cook faster and lay flat. Remember, never pierce a regular burger patty after the sear, or the burgers will turn out dry.
People seem to misunderstand and saying it is overcooked-- a smash burger patty is supposed to be well cooked and slightly charred. If you don't want an overcooked patty, go for a normal burger patty, not a smashed one.

Kudos to the cook for keeping the grill clean, in another video of a food cart, the grill was a sorry mess, can only imagine that all the food cooked had the same burned food grill taste, horrible, if the people waiting saw the masacre happening on the grill they would probably walk away ......
That lettuce is to wet going into the bin. At the very least it should be in a container with holes so the water can drain. Whoever gets the bottom of that bin is not going to enjoy that lettuce much.

Orange powder looks like turmeric, probably for color. Though it surprises me in a dough recipe

It's possible that it is sugar. It helps the onions to caramelize.
