i bought a used pair of them at a thrift shop and i can see the crumbles inside of the sole, do you think it can still bhe restored?

Yes if the air unit inside is crumbled, you can do a full sole swap on them. But you’ll have to find another pair to swap them from. Then you’ll also probably have to ice that donor sole as well.
