- If version 4.4 is constantly shutting down, glitching, freezing, or gives you a black screen your computer may not work well with the 4.4 version. If you have ANY Cameo other than the 4 Pro 24in you can go back to version 4.3.370

The 4.3.370 won't connect with my portrait 3 though... and I've tried usb nd bluetooth.. this thing is so annoying. boutta return it nd get my money back

I noticed there was a new firmware update and now it takes my printer 20 mins to unfreeze to print. Is there any help with that, with using this?

Hello…. Just saw your video. I have a question. If I uninstall the version that I’m using right now will I lose all of my images that I have in the program?
Hi I am new to the silhouette software. Does the 4.4 version have problems with size and resolution of scanned images coming in with low resolution causing printed images to be graininess saying to make image smaller? my image are only 2in or less (a little chicken) for a farm type set up. well the whole design is that way. I've used Make the cut, and sure cuts a lot never had such problems. I've searched youtube cannot find an answer to solve this issue. Help!

My studio is of 4.4 and I have a PC of 32bit, while working studio shut down automatically. Is it a bug of silhoute studio of 4.4 .. should I instal legacy version

Ive been having this issue for a Year. The problem is the LEGACY downloads are NOT online anymore.
They are there. Click Learn More and then legacy.
I’ve done this and still can not get to work. When I installed last version of 4.3 it would not except my upgrade keycode
Check your acctbonnthe Silhouette site and see if you have any installs left. If you do not then you have to contact Silhouette America to have them reset it. They will try yo get you to update yo version 4m4 tell them it does not work on your computer and crashes and to just reset your code.
After doing all this, now my Epson 2720 won't print, any suggestions?
Ohh no did you get this figured out?? I just did an uninstall and read this as I was shutting it down... CRUD!! I hope when I install 4.3.370 it works for me

I have done all this and it's still giving me the black screen with the "Quit Without Saving" message. I've uninstalled, downloaded the 4.3.370 version (which doesn't have the gliphs feature) 32 bit only and it's STILL crashing. I'm going crazy!
4 3 370 does have glyphs you just need to make sure your upgrade is activated
You system my be compromised and you will need to do a clean uninstall
weird, 4.3.370ssbe on brand new laptop and it crashes constantly

Still does it, never able to fix it. And it only does it with silhouette studio doesn't do it with photoshop or any other application
