Is China the largest EV market by value???
The only Audi in that cart is the badges. These are not being built in Europe or the USA,
Battery production is very carbon intensive. So, EVs are not solution to climate change. Rather using less cars or promoting green hydrogen would be very the right move. This EV craze is mostly promoted by China, since they see it a major chance for them to be big in auto market.
A lot of Tesla cars are also built by chineese workers in china. I guess this means that Tesla are also screwed.
I dont really see the difference, and I can't see why that would be a bad thing though.
You keep talking about all the fantastic chinese EVs but i have yet to see any that blows legacy EVs out the water?
Could have had a better name…. I think someone quite well known mentioned that étron means, well, eh go Google it! 🤣
The Audi e-Tron is the best looking BEV so far, especially the GT. definitely an object of lust.
Don't judge a book by its cover ...
@@jjohur , I said it’s the best looking car, that’s all I said. It’s the best looking car by far. Do I really need to clarify? It’s a simple statement.
ETRON means TURD in French😃🤪Might be a suitable name for it!!
... as the world quickly transitions to electric tanks for warfare against Russia ...
Volvo is also owned by a chinese company.
Long ago, Tesla said they would entertain 3rd party app developers and have an App Store for downloads to vehicles.
Not only are Audi behind the EV evolution curve but in terms of DESIGN, Audi HAS to come up with a nicer looking front end - that oversized ugly front fascia has to GO! Otherwise, I do like the Audi brand - better than the new "lost their way" Mercedes and BMW in terms of SUV design and some of their other too much bling automobiles.
What a surprise, bashing on legacy auto again
No, the Audi Q5 E-Tron doesn't show why LEGACY auto are SCREWED, Tesla's S3XY does: !0 - 30% less expensive to operate vs ICE car. FSD, Summon, totally integrated technology - And the nail in the coffin is that Tesla is profiting ~30% on every car sold, then continues to earn income from FSD subscriptions and the Tesla SuperCharger Network. No One Else Has It All. This is why legacy auto are screwed.
So Munro has shown already the ionic 5 is slapped together very poorly. Looking good for Tesla and Chinese EVs. Goodnight legacy giants.
Are you aware he actually praised the IONIQ 5? Even being Tesla biased? A Plaid with a loose rear window trim, doesn't seems coming from an Automaker with great control quality.
it's going to be a global Cardemic. The EVs are spreading, and the legacy auto thought it takes 2 weeks to flatten the hype. They know EVs are here to stay, but they cannot do anything about it
Simply wont by cars made in china
that is one fugly car
I Would not mine buying Chinese if they are making very good cars.
Especially if the price is right.
I think Teslas are Way over priced❗️
I get way more out of my M3P and Y than I ever did from my MB C43 AMG and Audi RS5 and S6. The price is lower, no gas, no maintenance, OTA updates, etc, etc.
@@jjohur Nice
Isn't that false advertising (by Audi)? Just like 'Nickola' EV thing, does not really even manufacture it's own truck?!
I also think that Ford, GM, and other folks are really just Mexican Automobile Manufacturers, etc.
Until we see a vehicle that can go 500 miles at 60mph and recharge in less than 20 min - not interested.
WTF not going to sell
No one In the USA or the UK will buy a Chinese car
Lol
Hahahahah. I'd buy a car built on Pluto if it's the right car.
@@anthonybha4510 And you will be contributing to the destruction of the manufacturing economy in your country. Do you think you will enjoy living subservient to the Chinese Communist Party?
My friend's Cadillac hybrid sedan was made in China. He had to search to find a dealer with one here in the US.
And years ago “they” said nobody in the USA would buy a Japanese car.
Ugly car to be honest
Thanks
