Watches can be damaged without proper handling and while the repair you are about to attempt may seem simple, you can easily break or ruin the watch with any small mistake. If you have any doubts about this repair, do not hesitate to take your watch to a professional watchmaker or jeweler.

Thank you so much!!! I had been fumbling through my own efforts and this video really helped. I use a small pair of needle-nose pliers and it made a difference.

The problem is the pulse on the bottom face of yhe watch is covered by the strap between your skin and the bottom watch surface. Smartwatches that measure heart rate and other vitals need the bottom exposed to skin. What kind of velcro watchstrap do I need to do that. Neither mine nor yours allows for that

esslinger bands fall apart within a month or two! The velcro looses its hook ends and the band is useless.

A couple of those steps were not steps at all. Just helpful tips.
