Laughter is a most excellent experience, laughing till you cry must add days to our lives, or at least makes those days much cooler. So when my pain spikes i have to slam some meds and wait through hell, sometimes for hours, until i can get the pain back below insane pain...during that time one tactic to use is distraction, do whatever possible to get as much of your mind from focusing on the pain and driving you insane. I use utube vids, lots of science research on climate shit, or theoretical physics whatever my mind may find any interest in. Quite a while back i stumbled on you guys, and my mind triggered and locked into your pure realness, saving me alot of pain experience. Then you hit on bill burr(one of my favorites) and your reactions got even more hysterical, which seemed an impossibility. Laughter is the best medicine they say, well it maybe the healthiest, personally iv dilauded is the best for my type of pain, but since i cant have that in my bedroom its munch a handful of whatever opiod im on at the time and other supposedly helpful meds, turn on you guys and wait. When meds start to drop pain below insane i start laughing till i cry right with you...EVEN WHEN WATCHING VIDS I HAVE SEEN COUNTLESS TIMES... literally old man face i cant count how many times i have watched...it kills me most everytime and just happens to really hit the nail on the head with chronic pain, that and the helicopter story, bwahahahaha.😂 So i saw you went to cali and on berts podcast, excellent, so psyched for 2 great friends i have never met! Go figure, its like insta friend for those who are maybe permanently or temporarily stuck alone in hell. Keep it up, hope this shit just blows your lifes into the one of your dreams, your fans are all tagging along for the ride...its awesome, and always keep it real. I think your both well aware that is the shiny unbreakable coating on your simple genuis. The move with the fingers isn't actually a normal finger snap at the end, you actual throw your hand so that your index finger slams down on your thumb. The snapping noise is your index finger hitting your thumb and middle finger as you throw out a semi-limp/relaxed hand in a kinda sideways-forward motion with your wrist elevated.
Keep your hand completely limp/relaxed with the ONLY exception being your thumb and your middle finger, hold those loosely together.
