- In this video I will use my skeleton pants to illustrate some movement strategies to help relieve pelvic pain, tight pelvic floor muscles, tight hips and inner thighs too!
These exercises can be done in pregnancy too to help prepare the pelvic floor for birth.

Good exercises, I am going to try them since I’m getting lots of pain when sitting down mostly if I sit straight or lean to the left side. I tried sitting on a big yoga ball
And I had lots of discomfort. Where did you get your pants from?

I’ve been having perineum pain and I was diagnosed with Levator spasm and rectocele. Are these stretches safe for these conditions?
yes they are suitable. I recommend working with a pelvic floor PT as well.
Can I, should I do these after a hysterectomy? Yes I have the green light from dr to life life normal now. Though I’m still in pain here and there(8weeks recovering)

When I sit on the towel on my right side, my leg gets tingly pretty fast. Not sure if that's normal? I went ahead and shortened the sit time.
not normal. I recommend seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist
