@@Ekleaz- it’s one thing to go to a party of your own free will. Even with that, it’s a crime to drug and take advantage of them when they can’t legally consent. The allegations are speaking to essentially threatening and imprisoning people who attended these parties.
Imagine having all that money, living in the upmost luxury, private jets, luxury yachts, every super car you can think of and then your locked up in a tiny cell, don’t know how you survive that !

No chance. The Judge already turned down $50 mil in bond. You don’t set “no bond” unless that person is either an extreme danger to society or they are a flight risk. There are ways to get out of the country (when you have his resources) that don’t involve the need of a passport.

I have a family member that spent 8 months in a Federal prison for a fraud crime. According to him, when you go to jail/prison you lose EVERYTHING. You get new clothes and a lot of concrete and steel. That’s it. And since this guy is high profile he won’t get the “open bunk” environment of a Camp or a Low Security prison. He’ll definitely spend his time alone in a cell under 23/1. Meaning he will get 1 hour out of the cell per day, probably all by himself, to make calls and shower. The worst time possible. Understanding the indictments, and we haven’t heard half of it, this guy is a monster who deserves losing everything. No doubt. Maybe they’ll let him share a cell with R. Kelly. 😂😂

what were the circumstances on your background? is this your first offense, did you need to show remorse, what was your strategy with the plea deal to get lesser sentence? Also did you know you were under investigation when you were? Or were you caught “off guard” when they arrested you?

@@Jimminityjabooboo Had no idea that I was under investigation. The state looked at it and made an appointment with my lawyer to meet. Then cancelled. Then 2 years later my lawyer reached out and said now the feds wants to talk to you. I found a criminal lawyer the Thursday before memorial day this year. I found out later that same day that I had been indicted. My arraignment was June 4, 2024. Did my proffer sometime in July. They indicted the other guy after that. His trial is November 6. The prosecution wants me to testify against the other guy for reduced time. They have not told me yet what it is but Ill take it regardless just to get less time. Fortunately I was never arrested. Given the date on June 4. Left on a PR bond.
