We're back with a new style of video! (Also now in 1440p). Let me know what you all think of this video style. Have a great day, and as always, thanks for watching!
this channel is criminally underrated, you deserve a million subs like seriously, ive seen a lot of Elden Ring tutorials and yours are the most clear and detailed, especially that series you made about questlines, the effort and quality you put in is just insane, keep up the good work man
I've been looking for a night sorcery build for ages and finally found yours, this is gonna be awesome on my next playthrough! thanks for everything you do for the elden ring community defiantly underrated
I was watching one of the older guides and when I saw the outro I was like “please tell me he still puts marshmallow at the end of his videos” and am I happy she’s there. Thanks for making great content man.
You had me at dungeons and dragons. Subbed and liked. Plus I'm a new Elden Ring player. I've made four characters and leveled them to 20. Enjoying all of them, but love the idea that i can get stabby with this guy and cast spells too. I've PLAYED an arcane trickster in DnD. So I'm loving this. :D
Had to come back to this video to thank you for not only the most fun build I've tried in about 200 hours of play (albeit slight variations, using dark moon greatsword instead of moonveil and Stat allocation slightly different) but also for how thorough and easy to follow your directions are. You took the time to not only show how to get every single item and spell needed for this build, but also to make sure people wouldn't get accidentally locked out of side quests while doing so. You're a true gem mate
Only a couple channels do build guides well, I can already tell this is on that list. Not a click bait short video and you didn't use the words I avoid "OP" "Broken". I hope to see more content like this.
I'm still on my first playthrough of ER. You're guides are incredibly helpful for when I feel I need additional guidance. Your ER guides have been the most comprehensive and detailed out of every other guide out there! I just had to thank you for all the great content you've put out there. I'm definitely curious to what content you'll be creating after ER.
Your videos are probably the most helpful and informing videos I've ever found about Elden ring, they're super simple and my favorite thing has to be how you give helpful tips for defeating certain bosses if you have to fight one. I've already watched like 10 of these guides and they've all really helped me out, can't wait to come back here for help with DLC content when that drops.
Thanks for the support Mitch! It's experimental so I will have to see how people respond to it and decide whether or not it is best to include all the nitty gritty details in future build videos (like in this one). I definitely feel good about the concept for this video style though. Cheers!
Cool concept, I just tried it out a bit and it's pretty good. Very fragile, but if you want to sneak around and back stab, using night sorcery and know the game, it's a pretty powerful build. Would have been nice to see how you tackled some of the bosses with it. Keep up the good work!
most bosses I used the wakizashi with night comet. I also would sometimes use black knife tiche summons to help out lol. I actually used the wakizashi a lot against elden beast too!
I find that the invisibility spell works the same as the assassins gambit..other then that this build is really fun to play with ,thanks for the time you take to put this together to share with the community..
Hey Smart, glad to hear the music is good! It's all licensed through Epidemic Sound and mostly consists of tracks from Jon Bjork. There are also a few great tracks (like the one in the intro) from Christoffer Moe Ditlevsen and some from Gavin Luke (I Fold, The Arranged Marriage, etc.)
Minus the wakizashi this is almost exactly my end game build. I had blood hound step on the misericorde, and use a spear with the ice spear ash of war instead of the moon veil katana for something different. Though I did use it and the wing of astel at times. I had the build at level 208 and it hit hard. I did have an issue where Malenia was dodging the night comet so that was a fun one. Still only took 5 tries on the first playthrough with this build. Prisoner was my base.
(not a english Native, Sorry for Bad text) Very Well made build, Just think the combination of a Ash of war that causes self damage with the sword talisman that need to be at Full health a bit strange In PVP that is not a problem once the Ash of war is useless, but changing the talisman for some parts of the PVE content can be more usefull
Yeah I was sort of on the edge with switching the ritual sword talisman for the magic scorpion charm but decided to go with the one that more people could easily acquire. If you have the magic scorpion charm you might go with that instead.
I think a more optimal stat block (for pvp at least) would be more like: Vigor - 60 Mind - 22 Str - 18 for nagakiba, 15 if your a flamberge kinda guy, 12 if you just want to go with moonveil/uchi Dex - 50 Int - 50 And then dump whatever else you have left into endurance or mind if you're heavier on the casting. If you're not much of a caster you could just forgo the mind investment entirely or drop it to 18 so you've still got a good amount for your aows
Holy shit, 60 vigor and both 50 int with dex? What level would that be, a 250? jesus christ I guess it's for some seriously devouted to PVP players I'm at lvl 185 and I've explored almost everything and every boss and kinda done with pvp at this point
@@denissh9478 nah that's rl150 dude. I don't reccomend this, but it's a better block for the build suggested. You've got a lot more stat points than I think you realize in there. 60 vig, 50 dex, 50 int can be achieved at rl129, so you've got another 21 points to throw around before hitting 150. Nothing really special abt it, just throwing points around. Rl250 and you could hit 80 in two primary damage stats, almost double your mind, and have more than enough left over to put in faith for some buff spells and 25-30 endurance as well. What stat block you lookin at for 186? If you need any help working out your build I gotchu
If your goal is to improve at PVP, don‘t use Bloodhoud‘s Step. Or switch it out for Quickstep when you get more comfofortable at PVP. this way you have acces to the same moveset without hardcountering everything this game has to offer.
Bro you should have so many more views and subs youre so clear and its so easy to follow your tutorials, you helped me so much! thank you bro best of luck to you
You and I have the same stats. However, the rune collection is not that great, you can boost them by attire and the pickled birds foot. But, really you have to go in and wipe out every single enemy encampments and fortresses you encounter. As you progress to lv 100, it takes 70k + runes to level. There must be a patch or something elden ring could offer that could offer a huge boost other than jumping in a single bound and swinging in thin air to gain runes. It's not that I don't like your tips, but really. Let's be realistic. In the future Elden Ring makers must offer something like I mentioned. A way to give yourself a huge boost depending on your level. A specific boss that must be fought using only your fists or bows. You have to fight this boss 3 times in order to get 1,000,000 runes . This can be obtained many times keyed to your lv and character. And for online player's a bigger boost. Elden Ring should make finding this Boss difficult because nothing in this game is easy-to-use. This would definitely help higher player's out against the toughest foes you encounter.
Is this build viable on ng+ ? I want to be able to do a full playthrough of this since it looks so cool, so i want to be able to start the game already having this set up.
@@ItsShatter why is that? Is it because of the build specifically how to the poise and posture breaking works? Or do you just mean in general because ng+ is hard? If it helps to clarify anything, I would only be playing no ng+1 where (according to the wiki) the poise of enemies hasnt changed yet.

Easy to follow and an unique idea! I’ll definitely give this build a try.
It's fun to play!
Love how thorough you are man. No other guides are necessary but your notes probably look like a book. I always enjoy the content
Most certainly. But that was the goal, no other guides/videos needed... even if some are recommended so that you don't miss content / quests lol

The wakizashi power stances with moonveil in case you didn’t know
Love it man.
Should do videos just like this. Dedicated to unique builds

Yes! Omg Great stuff man. Reaaally glad your going on with some Elden Ring vids...build videos is great
Excellent video my friend. Your vids/guides helped me through my playthroughs of Elden Ring. Awesome job and keep up the great work!

Arcane Trickster was my first 5e character, and still my fav. Would like to see this in some pvp gameplay action!
Nice to see you back
I hope that Shatter will make a walkthrough for shadow of the erdtree!
I can confirm that I will be devoting all my time to Elden Ring content in the coming months!
This is a cool format. I like the vid. Thanks
This is Epic man!!! Well done
I find that the invisibility spell works the same as the assassins gambit..other then that this build is really fun to play with ,thanks for the time you take to put this together to share with the community..
If you want an alternative to assassin's gambit, you can use the spell unseen form, basically the same effect
Yes, except it doesn't mask steps. But if you've got on the armor that does, then you can ditch a dagger for a spell
Hey man, nice to see you uploading. Can I ask, what music do you use for your background music? It’s really nice and I can’t find a t anywhere

Step one: Put Bloodhound step on Literally any weapon.
Step two: You win.
Lol bloodhound step is very good.
awesome
well done on this build, How would you build a Bladesinger in Elden Ring, considering it's would be the same but reverse
Interesting thought. Bladesinger would definitely be similar but more lean towards regular sorceries/glintstone and longsword/medium 1 handed weapon
Maybe a rapier?

Hey could you possibly do a Bloodborne quest line?
Does it still working till today’s patch?
Arcane Royal Guard when?
Hmm, like an arcane (Actual arcane stat) build but sort of heavy armor?
Is this build viable on ng+ ? I want to be able to do a full playthrough of this since it looks so cool, so i want to be able to start the game already having this set up.
Perhaps, though some bossed (such as Malenia) may prove to be quite difficult!

@@jacoboffen7954 just because malenia is hard lol
Is there anyway to downgrade your level ? I'm level 200 and can't find any pvp . If i can downgrade to 150 pls let me know
Unfortunately I do not think there is a way
@@ItsShatter so do i have to restart the game from the begining without the NG+ and losing everything i got ? Cause even on NG+ my level is the same
why wakazashi over ugikatana though?
It’s honestly up to you. I liked the concept of the katana and wakizashi combo
Aight hear me out 50 dex is too much since most of your damage will come from int
Pls make a new build
Omg first lol
Idk man
:?
You should make more builds, this is fun
