- Today I thought I would review the new Ciate London Microblade Brow Pen! It has 4 prongs which enable to you mimic hair strokes. It comes in 3 shades; Soft Brown, Deep Brown & Charcoal. The formulation is very water-resistant which would be ideal for humid & hot climates, or for those special occasions where you need your brows to stay in place ALL day!

Looks easy enough. I do struggle with drawing individual stokes, especially at the "start" of the brow. Thanks for the tutorial! Love your work darling!

I have used a similar product and find the 4 tips to give a very good natural browline. It is excellent for hiding grey hair but adding volume to thin brows. I am 71 and have dark grey hair and now, whitening eyebrows. Doesnt take much practice to give good results. Hold pen near the end and not the tip for greater control.

Yes I'll definitely give it a try! I agree with you about the Maybelline one Shonagh. Very disappointed in it. I ended up using a brush and just putting the single strokes on that way. Thanks for trying this out 🥰 it looks amazing!
Yeah, it was a poor product! Glad a company took the idea and delivered it well.
Now that seems to be a really natural look, much more than the finest of brow pencil nibs. Agree there should be a taupe colour and perhaps a medium ash brown for those of us who don't like a warm tone to our eyebrows. Will definitely give this one a try 👍.

I really love your eye liner aswell! I can't get away with a thick line bcos of my hooded lids, but this might work. I would love a tutorial, or info on what liner you use :)

The really irritating thing about a lot of brands with brow products is that they don't do a black shade, my hair is black, my brows are quite full and theyre black and ebony is way too light, and the charcoal shade most definitely wouldn't work for me, nice tutorial Shonagh and sorry for ranting about this 😂, it's just really annoying as I'm limited for brow options, I'm lucky in that my brows are full and thick and don't need much, I'd just like to try brow products for the experience 😂
Haha, I hear you! They tend to only offer dark Brown which is often not dark enough. I will pass on your feedback though 😁

Hi Phyllis, it’s just a cheap one from Wet’n’Wild. Cost me £4! It’s a deep brown that’s not quite black and not too warm.

I’m very confident with the single strokes and find that the 4 prongs are a bit too blocky compared to the UD Brow Blade - this one is ideal for beginners but I personally prefer the UD & MAC versions. Here’s my review & tutorial using the UD Brow Blade: ruclips.net/video/w1kYBVx4KnA/видео.html

Looks pretty nice! Have you tried the Glossier one? I'm tempted to buy that one, but this one seems to be another great option.
No, I haven't. I really love my Urban Decay BrowBlade as well as my MAC Shape + Shade pen, both have micro-fine tips whereas the Glossier one is a bit thicker which puts me off. Let me know if you try it!

bettybreeze78 Hiya! Not for me. You always need to top it up and over time the lines blur and you will eventually end up with more of a blocky Brow. The colour fades and looks ashy so you still need to fill your brows in. I like my brows how they are as I can fill them in and change the shape if necessary, I couldn’t do that if they were permanent ☺️👍🏼
I have L'Oreal micro tattoo but it doesn't work at all 😔
No, other versions of this are a bit of a let down, that's why I was pleasantly surprised at the pay-off!
