It shows how deep understanding of matters can turn a unit that most people would regard as hopelessly broken, can be be turned into a fully useable unit that will last for a long time:) The trick with using car wax to avoid dust buildup is so simple, yet so clever:) Your workstation, equipment and store of parts is also highly impressive! Regards and respect from Tore, Norway. (Would have been interesting to see the rest of the job with change and adjustment of the Bowden cables, though):)

Top, that was it!!! Before ordering an new torque sensor I’ve ordered new cables for 35€ and …..it works again. ;-) But the handbrake didn’t work before error memory reset. In the moment the reset was done we could hear the motor running. Many thanks for your video, I like your videos. Very well done with deep knowledge back ground.

La mine parcarea electronica funcționează dar când e mașina pornita și trag frâna electronica apoi se mai aud zgomote la modul stand mașina pe loc,dar funcționează….e un e70 ,sunt mecanic de profesie și ma gândeam să-l cumpăr nou dar e undeva la 700€ aici in Germania ,crezi ca ai avea o minima idee ce ar fi! Salutari și încă o data felicitări pt ceea ce faci !!!
Salut! cand motorul e pornit! frana de parcare e aplicata prin sistemul ABS lafel si Auto Hold , doar cand se opreste motorul modulul de sub masina va prelua frana de parcare , faptul ca se aude cand e motorul pornit si el totusi funcioneaza poti incerca sa ii faci o recalibrare ( ti tras sau apasat butonul 10 secunde sau ceva ge genul ...cauta pe Google) daca face lafel dupa recalibrare , va trebui diagnosticat....daca nu se gaseste nimic va trebui inlocuit si codat!

Should you not have clicked the force sensor into the thing on the end of the shaft next to the motor that one of the cables screws into? Or is this done when attaching new cables?
What is the yellow grease used on the plastic gears please? I see mention of white grease below but i believe this is used for the sensor to slide against faces in its channel. Thank you

Eu am desfacut motorasul si l-am probat cu o baterie de 12 v 3Ah , am observat ca iesea fum din motor, posibil sa il fi ars eu sau era buba lui? Altceva, ce vaselina sa folosesc la interior? E bună cea in spray pentru angrenaje? Mulțumesc anticipat.
@@MOvidiu multumesc Ovidiu am schimbat motorasul cu unul nou am montat tot exact cum ai facut tu in video acum astept sa îmi ajunga cablurile si o montez. Daca o montez fara cabluri pot sa o incerc daca da semne cand apas pe butonul de parcare? Nu am avut cum sa verific condensatorul ala albastru, oricum nu parea umflat sau impuscat. Multumesc inca odată 🤝
Salut . daca modulul e nou va trebui codat , daca e cel original si reparat poate sa functioneze din prima sau daca e bagat in avarie mai intai va trebui resetat/ scos din programul de avarie cu istaD si dupaia va functiona !

That’s a perfect job done by the book!! But a question remains: how to tighten the cable that is threaded without reopening the unit? Do you need to plug it and then let the motor turning until it grips the thread? 🤔

Hello! The only way to test it is with ista on the vehicle! You can build a bench test, but it is complicated

Salut, daca a iesit fum din motoras nu e bine , ca vaselina vei putea folosi o vaselina nelipicioasa .

Connect sensor to the screw which is turned by motor or it wont see a senso ant brake it

Not quite, you can change the cables if it is still working but better rebuild it when changing the cables

Hey ! I use a HP 2760P a HP x2g4 and a lenovo x201T , the diagnosis software and the updates are installed by a friend who deals with such a thing.

The cables will be mounted from outside , you can thread it up to 50% of its length
