    陳奶奶這次跟大家分享流傳幾百年的經典料理加多加多,
    它是印尼最普及的蔬菜料理,也被稱為是印尼的沙拉,健康純素,
    配以其獨特的花生淋醬,香、辣、甜、鹹、鮮,
    連外國朋友也非常喜歡!
    ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
    材料:
    - 加多加多醬
    花生,磨碎 600克
    椰子糖 300克(加入150毫升水煮至溶化)
    阿參 (羅望子) 4條
    石栗,磨碎 4顆
    生抽 (醬油) 1湯匙
    魚露 2湯匙
    蒜頭,磨碎 10瓣 (= 蒜末 / 蒜蓉 10茶匙)
    小紅蔥,磨碎 10瓣 (= 10茶匙)
    辣椒,磨碎 適量
    混合後再試味,按自己喜歡的口味再添加材料份量。
    - 配菜:
    銀芽、豆腐、馬鈴薯、青瓜、青菜、雞蛋、
    炸脆片 如 蝦片、恩餅(Emping) 等;
    按自己喜好準備就可以。

    【English Recipe】
    Grandma Chan is sharing with you a centuries-old Indonesian classic dish called Gado-gado.
    It is the most popular vegetable dish in Indonesia, also known as the "Indonesian salad", healthy and vegan, with its unique spicy peanut sauce.
    Spicy, sweet, salty and fresh - appetizing!
    ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
    Ingredients:
    - Spicy peanut sauce:
    Crushed peanuts 600g
    Coconut sugar 300g (add 150ml water and cook until dissolved)
    Tamarind 4 sticks
    Crushed Candlenut, 4 pieces
    Soy sauce 1 tbsp
    Fish sauce 2 tbsp
    Minced garlic 10 cloves (appox. 10 tsp)
    Minced Shallot 10 cloves (appox. 10 tsp)
    Chopped Chillies
    Mix well and taste again, adding additional amounts of ingredients to suit your taste.
    -Side Dish:
    Silver sprouts, bean curd, potatoes, cucumber, green vegetables, eggs
    Crisps such as prawn chips, Emping, etc.
    Just prepare whatever you like.
