To all the people learning English, don't feel bad if you're having a hard time! English is my native language and I'm here to learn how to be better too. Keep up the good work guys! :) ♥
Thanks! i can speak it well, i can hold a conversation with someone for hours if i wanted to but i don’t seem to find the right words and that’s what’s making it hard
I actually understand what people are talking about when speaking English, even in this video I listen to it without subtitles, but I can't speak English properly.
@@eddineelharran5730 Reading books only make you good reader. You have to practice speaking. I learnt to make small conversation in English when I started giving interview. It helped me a lot.

I'm from Philippines and need to improve my english to have a good conversation with my international internet friends, thank you sir for teaching English!
I like how you keep it very slow, simple, easy, basic, concise, and clear.. What we need to know is teaching from the very very basic since Kindergarten.. etc.. Teaching from other higher level people will always be lost and confused and keep on thinking that there are something that they haven’t learn yet so they can never ever master grammar.. 😃
Here is how I learned grammar in the old days in Thailand (55+ years). The text books in primary school and lower secondary school don't talk about grammar topics at all. They just provide examples and drills to instill the correct form. I only started learning grammar topics in the last two years in high school, reading a few grammar books and doing exercise in them. I reinforced grammar learning by reading graded readers starting from 1000 words upto 3000 words from British Council library. There were about 200+ graded reader books and I read them all! My grammar is practically perfect, hardly making any mistakes since then. It has become a second nature to me like breathing in/breathing out, no need to think at all.
Any Filipinos 🇵🇭 here in the comment section?🤣🤣🤣 I just wanna learn complex grammar to improve my English. I guess this is just for basic English learners.
I'm having difficulties of using proper grammar in every sentence its because I always rely in my native dialect (tagalog) that caused confusion to me. That's why I need to write down all my mistake to improve my grammatization skills. And other important thing is often using plushcards or apps. 😁

So we have a bunch. of English words.. How do we use the words and put them together to make a sentence to have perfect grammar writing.. What is adverb, what is pronoun, what is preposition, what is conjunction, and what is interjection. I believe those are the only eight. I came to America at 12 so I was taught by an English teacher probably from England because I always remember calling her Ms. Rover.. She is very nice and harmless. Such a kind person and proper as well 😃 She taught me very very well but missing the 12 years of English being in kindergarten and preschool etc.. It always make me feel so so so lost in grammar. I always think that there are so much in grammar that is available that I missed by missing those years in school in America from 0 - 13 years of age 😃

Greetings: I asked the below quoted text on another "English teaching channel". Sadly her response was " Yes, the titles are written to hopefully catch the eye of as many people as possible--I want as many people as possible to experience Rachel's English! They're not in any way meant to be grammatically correct. *Grammar just isn't my thing* :)" Can you answer my questions? Please? "Greetings Rachel: I have been reading through many of the titles of your posts and most if not all of them seem to be written in a language that I was never taught in English classes throughout my years of grammar school and high school. @ California Why are you capitalizing the first letter of every word? And/or; Many of them are written in all caps, of which I cannot find in either of the styles manuals that I have copies of >> The New oxford style manual and the Chicago manual of style 16th edition. The only thing I have found that comes close, is what's known as "American SIGN language" @ page 576 section 11.147 under foreign languages, Glosses in ASL. (Chicago manual of style 16th edition) "The written-language transcription of a sign is called a gloss. Glosses are words from the spoken language written in small capitol letters: WOMAN, SCHOOL, CAT. (Alternatively, regular capitol letters may be used.) When two or more written words are used to gloss a single sign, the glosses are separated by hyphens. The translation is enclosed in double quotation marks. The sign for "a car drove by" is written as VEHICLE-DRIVE-BY. One obvious limitation of the use of glosses from the spoken/written language to present signs is that there are no one-to-one correspondence between the words or signs in any two languages." But; You are not including the hyphens. I have not been able to find in either of them the styles that you are using. Which styles manuals are you referring to when you are writing the titles to your videos? When I went through school I was taught to correctly write my name with each word capitalized, and never was it to be written in all caps. [That was only to be used on a ledger or on a tomb stone signifying a dead "person".] (of course we know that legally a person never includes man or woman.) Or when using all caps, each letter is the first word of an abbreviation. As an example. > BIBLE could be the symbol for -> Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth. SYMBOLIC TEXT LIKE THIS [JOHN PAUL JONES] can not grammatically constitute (in proper English)a word or a name in any way. In parts of the United States of America in the 1960's grammar and Latin were removed from the school curriculum . Latin is used in symbolic text, and grammar is the science of written language. Without such skills, you will never know the difference between what grammatically constitutes a name and what does not constitute a name, landing you into a state of confusion. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you, Geod"

Greetings:
I asked the below quoted text on another "English teaching channel". Sadly her response was " Yes, the titles are written to hopefully catch the eye of as many people as possible--I want as many people as possible to experience Rachel's English! They're not in any way meant to be grammatically correct. *Grammar just isn't my thing* :)"
Can you answer my questions? Please?
"Greetings Rachel:
I have been reading through many of the titles of your posts and most if not all of them seem to be written in a language that I was never taught in English classes throughout my years of grammar school and high school. @ California
Why are you capitalizing the first letter of every word? And/or;
Many of them are written in all caps, of which I cannot find in either of the styles manuals that I have copies of >> The New oxford style
manual and the Chicago manual of style 16th edition.
The only thing I have found that comes close, is what's known as "American SIGN language" @ page 576 section 11.147 under foreign languages, Glosses in ASL. (Chicago manual of style 16th edition)
"The written-language transcription of a sign is called a gloss.
One obvious limitation of the use of glosses from the spoken/written language to present signs is that there are no one-to-one correspondence between the words or signs in any two languages." But;
You are not including the hyphens.
