Who watches this 2024? One of the best bands ever. Loved both albums and have so many memories connected to their music
Soo sad they stopped
One of my favorites of all time
I remeber when these guys first came out. I was blazed af drivin through the country road trippin. Haven't stopped listening to these guys since...
They need to come back!!!
I'll forever be jealous of anyone who got to see these guys live.
Criminally underrated band.
From the central Texas area and lucky enough to see them twice! I cant begin to explain how thankful I am.
I missed this show at The Machineshop (my favorite music venue!). If I recall correctly, this was one of the owner Kevin's favorite shows.
anyone from 2024 give me a thumb
Damn I miss these guys. We should crowdfund so they can come back.
I'll never not thumb up or comment a FtM post!
Loved rolling up to a pasture party in cliffs shitty car with Andrew blaring the siren function on his megaphone scaring the shit out of everyone there. Good times 😂
Epic shit
Epiccccc
You can tell they loved being in this band. I wish I had the connections and they ability to get Fair to Midland back together. They were criminally underrated and should have gotten a lot more successful than they did. Sure, they got further than 99.9% of bands ever will but they had the talent and the passion to go further. It’s a damn same we’ll never known what could have been if they had stuck around…
It was also a fucking stroke of genius to incorporate throat singing into their music who the fuck else would have ever thought to do that?! It actually inspired me to learn how to do it just for the sake of learning how, and I’ve had a fucking blast learning how to do it and use Dance of the Manatee and Rikki Tikki Tavi for practice lmao.
agreed! they were awesome, and the world could use more like them!
I live in flint and was there....I cant even put into words. People from all over the country came to see them and I was so stoked they did it at my hometown. Was and always will be a huge FTM fan. Got a shirt with TONS of people's signatures from that night. Greatest show I will ever be at. RIP FTM huge loss to music.
MrBeast should show up and pay their debts, plus giving them some funding to get together again.
@@gandalf8216 Yeah, a soulless conglomerate drone with no comprehension of artistry or compassion for creativity should... become a selfless patron of artistry and creativity. Sounds like a really great concept.
Never got the respect they deserved.
It’s 2022, anyone still love these guys?
It's 2024 and yes.
Please return to us Fair to Midland :'(
***** Hey man I'm with you. Has anything come together since you first posted?
They unfortunately got caught with the mid-late 00's Myspace "scene" era which was also the last of MTV essentially. Those times are over.
Im seeing all these comments from 4 years ago and it makes me sad. Let me know if anyone's here 2018
🤘
I went to school with these guys, I dont even see them in town anymore
Hullo
shame this band is broken up :(
I'll be here forever
2:38 probably the coolest moments i have ever seen in person or in a video.
3:50 and yet he is also able to sing like an angel
absolutely!
@@kimmyfreak200 sounded way better in person too. This video doesn't do his vocals much justice, or the performance. Was 1000x better in person. The alcohol may have been part of it though haha
The frontman is one of a kind
2019 and forever. One of the most genuine band ever...Greetings from Poland
I had the pleasure of seeing them live in el paso maybe 20 years ago . They were so good
The singer has powerful, chaotic stage presence. Love his energy! Miss these guys. Saw them live a few times and great live band. 👍🏻
Damn, that vocals. He kills it live, just like in the recordings. Easily one of the underrated bands that deserved recognition.
It's ceiling. Darroh is talented. His vocal range is absolutely amazing! Whether he hangs from a ceiling or not, all his fans know that he is awesome! He just likes to put on a crazy show!
2021 and I'm still waiting for you to come back. That voice, that range. We miss you.
One of the most slept on super groups. Its hard to find singers, or bands, with this much range. That being said, he was super winded during this one :p
And he still killed it
also karnivool is underrated AF
I come every so often to remind myself that they actually existed and they weren't a product of my imagination, Glad I got to see them live
I got to see them live twice just by weird coincidences. They travelled to Australia where I live so I got to see them in Adelaide. Before that I got to see them was in Minneapolis/Saint Paul just because I happened to be there on the same day they were.
I'm still trying to win the lottery so I can offer them tens of millions to tour again lol
To say they were criminally underrated is an understatement
Ahhh, I can't wait to see you guys! Driving 3 some hours!
Miss you man
Holy shit did not expect such an og youtuber here
@@Sly922 ikr
Hands down one of my favorite and most exhilarating shows at the legendary venue....
This was when things were so much simpler...
Thank you Kevin for everything over the years. Here's to the next show.
I think this was one of Kevin's favorite shows also.
There will never be another group like FTM. They are quite literally most under-appreciated rock group of our time. No other band could replicate this sound properly.
I'm so sad I missed seeing these guys live. Looks like a great show.
November 2020. Still listening to this song.
Timeless.
@@cateatinrat78 december 2020
I was at most of these and never realized that he was wrapping the cord around his neck. Pretty crazy guy. Wish they were still touring, I still listen to them regularly
Best non-mainstream band ever. Come back!
Miss this band immensely. They were phenomenal, ahead of their time!!
2020, I’m still here from Italy
anche io amico mio!
Music can heal the world ! This band has brought so many amazing experiences into my life. Makes me so happy to know their art made it around the world. CHEERS from Texas !!
Greece here, hello neighbor
They were indeed world class
Trust me we're still here
Anyone here loving this band..2022?? 😍
I was at this show! 🙌🏽❤️😍 One of the times he jumps into the crowd, my finger went up his nose! 😂 Or it coulda been in his eye 😅 But let’s just say his nose because that makes more sense than my long ass fingers going two knuckles deep into his eye socket 😅
Best front man and band to see live , miss them so much
I first saw them when they opened up for Dir en grey long ago. These guys were easily the best opening act I'd ever seen, and I've been following them forever. Smoke cigs with them before the show, they're really chill. And back then, Cliff wore these baggy pants that looked kinda cool the way he jangles around while he's rocking shit. He asked if we wanted backstage passes when we were like "no dood your pants are just cool give us your pants!" And he was like, I'd totally give you my badge, but I can't take off my pants sorry! Damn I miss them!!!! (And Cliff, if you read this, yes I still want your pants.)
Same and ironically I ended up liking them more than Dir En Grey in the end lol
1:41 yeah that's a sneeze... blessed you Darroh...
2021 here, a little late to the party. Hope these legends get back together some day.
You can't watch this and not wish these guys were still around. 😭😭😭
I really want for them to get back together. I really want to see them live, even just once.
I had the privilege of seeing them in 2007. They were opening for Evans Blue. It was a surprise. I had just heard "Dance of the Manatee" on Sirius Octane and fell in love with the song a few weeks prior to the concert. I had no idea they were going to be there. I would definitely LOVE to see them live again. Was an amazing show!
Saw these guys many a year ago in Newcastle, Australia.
Supporting Dead Letter Circus and a new (at the time) band, Twelve Foot Ninja.
One of the best concerts I've been to.
Goddamn I just found these guys, what an absolute beast of a live act! Incredible talent!
So glad I got to see them live before they broke up.
I wish I had been as lucky. My heart is broken.
me toooo
NOOOO they broke up =( i had no idea
Me too... me too.
The singer is my band instructor at the school of Rock he's awesome
no way...
what school of rock does he instruct at?
WHAT SCHOOL OF ROCK DOES HE INSTRUCT AT!???
@@rocesboyanthony5343 he used to work at the one in Fort Worth, but not any longer for some reason.
@murcroadster fuck yeah EP Street Festival in July. Witnessed greatness!!
I loved the machine shop. 810 represent
2022 where you at?
I love that bass lick that Ryan lays down after everyone yells "had ourselves a ball".
The machine shop is the best venue is the world, prove me wrong!
this band is so badass.
I will always love the shot of Craig crowdsurfing at the end
I remember this band I first heard them on the Octane back in the day. I was hooked, heard it in bars, gyms, it was everywhere.
Saw these awesome musicians open for A7X back around 2008 (at Sports Arena) in SD.
Super talented, never heard from them really after their hit single.
Hope they are still making music!
I never noticed back then, but at 1:25 when he shakes his head back and forth real fast going between high voice and low voice, it almost seems like he's 1 character turning into another, or like switching personalities or something. so fking cool :D
Such a unique performer, I miss them.
2020. Been listening since 2012
Same.
Same here. 3 of my friends and I are in this video (about 3 people back from stage left). Also saw them in KC at the (now gone) Beaumont with Chevelle. I was turned on to these guys right when Fables was released, and was hooked from the first three bars of this song (it's the opening track of the album). Sadly the business (Serj's label in particular), and family commitments killed them. It's sad, but I feel if they could've gotten out from under Serjikal Strike Records, they would've been much bigger than they were. I've followed a couple members other projects, but nothing else has the energy or creativity of this band. Miss you guys! Here's hoping they can maybe put some songs together in their free time.
maynardDRIVESfast 80 I had actually heard a clip from musical chairs on adult swim one time way back, that one had me hooked, after that, when music could be downloaded by album, I found fables and hit shuffle, I listen to that entire album every time I fly, most times I can’t go a day without listening to both albums on shuffle. The songs, the music, the lyrics and the way the songs were sang is like nothing out there, and yes, they should have been way bigger than they were for sure.
shit I miss this band a lot
I'll always remember this songs as having such incredible vocal range. A truly unique tune
that man has someserious core strength
I love this fucking song! I remember when it came out, I only heard it on satellite radio. Then years later, I heard a few songs and see they're very underrated.
Holy.fuck.
Go 4x8 h3u fyi 3 right yuk uh how wuwuujehyehsgshsgehege he has she ever. Rrheehssjshe ejeehedjjd.

the WHOLE dvd is awesome!....especially Orphan anthem 86...in my opinion!
I sure miss these guys!
My only regret is that I could not see them live. Wrong time, wrong country.
This must have been an amazing show! I’m so jealous I’ll never get to see them live now. I have to come back and marvel at the singer being such a beast hanging like Dracula.
I miss them.
Best show I have ever been too.... RIP
2019 and OMG i seen them at the starland ballroom back around this time and they were just as crazy. I miss these guys so much.
I miss you all. I'm so glad I was able to witness FTM in person several times. Gold every time and a shining example of what authenticity in music actually is.
Thier stage presence is amazing.
Darroh is such an amazing front-man.
After how good they were live. I’m shocked they never made it big.
So very glad I got to see them live when they opened for Dir En Grey, back in 2007. I had no idea who they were and they blew me away. Went out & got their album the next day and played it to death. I am very sadden to hear that the band broke up, they truly are one of the most underrated bands I have come across.
And the very last thing i should be listening to before bed.
Man this is like one of the very few bands concerts that I would go to.. and they are disbanded my luck i guess :(
See this is why I could never be a billionaire. If I had over a billion dollars I'd throw 10's of millions (or however much it would take) to get these guys touring and writing music again lol
10000%
Come back. It makes me sad i got into them after they disappeared
Looked like a fun show.
We miss you guys!
That’s probably the best live show I’ve seen recorded
I have this concert on DVD somewhere. The band wrote me a note thanking me for buying it. Its so damn good
Bruhhhhh this would be dope. 2024.
Im here bro and still missing these guys !! They could have been Great!!!
Drove 8 some hours and saw these guys in chicago yesterday. I now have the biggest man-crush on Darroh. Shame that he was the only band member that I didn't get to meet.
Criminally underrated. Lots of love from Greece.. Wish you could have stayed longer
Oh so beautiful! so sad that I missed this concert! But so many many many more to come.
Pretty good performance for the lead singer being sick.
I have this DVD somewhere but can’t find it! The band sent me a thank you note for buying it. I enjoy it immensely!❤
2:36 OMGG LUV HIM
HELL YA I WAS THERE! YOU GUYS ROCKED!
Almost 2022 and still listening in the fields mountains meadows and ravines for this magical music to come back in one manifestation or another
come back my friends
Oh Darroh, you crazy, and I love it.
damn they're really good live.
Such dedication to Brett Keane.
Well dang. I came here to criticize how they didn't sound so well live, but I was so wrong. This is marvelous. I am immensely saddened to find out they have been disbanded for a couple years now. :(
His vocals are crazy unique!
When you have a concert at 5, but ab workout starts at 5:30
I drove 12 hours from Atlanta to Michigan to see this show.
literally the best performance ever
Where are you FtM? Come back to us... we need you.
OMG just saw these guys tonight with 10 years... AMAZING FKING SHOW!!!!
SoaD front man, Serj, discovered them and signed them in Texas!
Still such an amazing band. We need them back! Still rocking FTM in 2020.
2:33 this is so ADORABLE how after the fan screamed the part into the mic darroh smiles and claps...i love FTM i am sad beyond words i discovered them too late cuz they played here in my county in 2007 when i was seeing bands...fate u are a cruel b&&h lol they are also the nicest most humble band from all the research i've done. Wherever u guys are i love u! your music has truly touched my twisted soul
have i seen you in carnivore comment sections?
@@DanteLikesRocku mean KARNIVOOL? they did shows together too..right here in my county...
