Sonic Heroes - Rail Canyon (Team Sonic) Extra Mission A Rank

Skipped over the pinball stages cause I hate the pinball mechanics in this game. Nearly died at the beginning of this stage trying to homing attack an enemy. If anyone knows some good settings to run this game I would appreciate it, I seem to keep running into stutter issues.
