This is the easily the best metal frame diy frame I’ve seen on RUclips. Easily looks like it’s came from one of the big manufacturers and also thanks for the dimensions.

@@tomaszs5875 Well, it's the most realistic game where you can drive a car around a city. Just compare it with its rivals and see how realistic Horizon 4 is.

What a fine piece of work, neat af. Only thing is ( i get the ethos od straight arms on wheel hehe) your shoulders will hurt really bad with that kind of stretch. Try sliding your seat closer to the wheel for about 90 degrees in elbows. Pozdro666
Using a BMW sport seat makes a lot of sense.
More comfortable than most of the race seats and fully adjustable. As supportive as you will ever need unless you have a full motion rig or really want to squash your up into a formula position.
Cheap. We paid £80 for an immaculate F87 seat from Ebay. Cloth and manual adjust.
Fitted to a Sim Lab P1x perfectly.

My only objection to this is the ergonomic stance of the ride, seat should be lower to the ground and the pedals a little further, other than that good job. Currently building one as well! Cheers

This is sick! It wouldve been nice to add place for monitor stand to make monitor closer to you. Maybe mounting with a monitor arm onto the rig.

крутяк! искал размеры для базы, по весне думаю сделать такое себе и ребенку или только ребенку. по сути же только длину 130см нужно уменьшить и наверное... трапецию под седло убрать либо уменьшить ее высоту?

Good job mate 👍 although, don’t know why you ground your welds off, they were neat, I personally don’t mind seeing welds on painted box section but it turned out nice.

That's clean. I just completed my own recently. I used SuperStrut bars and the dedicated hardware. Custom rigs are always so cool.
all that effort to build a cockpit (and well done by the way) and you end up driving in 3rd person lol
