Great cover. The drum is SOOOO simple but I remember back in high school (I'm class of '88 - guitar player) often using this as an example of how drum parts (or any musical part) don't have to be complicated to be great. It's just perfect for this song.

Ok, I'll admit. When it first started, and I saw the gum chewing, I though, Oh... one of these guys... I figured it would rushing and dragging all over the place... I WAS WRONG! This kicked my ass! You nailed it. That cymbal choke in the second verse... Epic! The first person I see who can chew gum and play drums at the same time. Awesome, man. Loved it. Rock on!

I started with the bubble gum a few months ago and i felt comfortable lol but Carter Beauford of the Dave Matthews Band is the first drummer I ever saw chew gum and play and Dear Lord he is in a completely different universe playing drums lol I have no words to describe how awesome he plays!! I've really learned to appreciate drummers through the years, I find them fascinating.
