This place is trash I lived here ! The staff is horrible. Halls smell like weed. The elevators are almost always broken. They bring a unwelcoming vibe with cameras everywhere and WATCH u like a hawk. The penthouses are occupied by pimps so prostitutes are always coming in and out the place. Don’t be fooled by this video. All of the wealthy natives who purchased a condo here shortly sold their condo property and moved out for all of these reasons. This place is hell!!!

This is a really great deal for such a low price. Great investment. Airbnb and house booking. So much value. You should also disclose the HOA fees.
HOA is $400+, it is higher than other nearby condo complexes. Airbnb is not allowed in Las Vegas for short term rentals.

80s sinks and that first bathroom that she showed didn't see a medicine cabinet and there wasn't a very good view of the shower bathtub !
