How Fast Can I Fill EVERY Gear Slot in EVERY Diablo?

- I challenged myself to fill every gear slot as fast as possible, in every Diablo game! This was a fun challenge and a really fun video to make. I hope you enjoy the video!
The challenge starts with the original Diablo, then Diablo 2 (resurrected), Diablo 3, Diablo Immortal and finally Diablo 4.

The inspiration for this video came from the channel @j0rts and his series of speedrunning videos like How fast can you touch grass in every Mario game? and How fast can you get a life in every Zelda game? etc.
I found these videos to be very fun, so I immediately started thinking: What would something like this look like in the Diablo universe, and can I somehow make it about loot (because, you know... I'm a loot goblin after all)

For real my first draft was to make a joke where I pulled out a credit card and “bought” completion of the challenge and skipped it.

Wait D2 MIGHT be the game you spent most time in?!?! What could possibly be fighting d2 for that title?!😂
Uniques in D1 were definitely the hardest to get good ones of. I remember getting a Hellslayer and really loving that. Good damage and looked cool. In D1 of course magical items were usually best in slot besides things like Veil of Steel.
I played a lot with D1 and yes, uniques were qute hard to get because of no magic find. Through the years i've only found 1 Demonspike coat and it wasn't even a drop, it was just on the ground next to an armor rack in lvl 14.
Altough, finding Demonspike coat (or Grandfather) in Hellfire was almost like impossible.

I can't help but think D3 would be only 5 minutes if started in adventure mode instead of story mode... I may be wrong, it's just a gut feeling.
I think it would be faster too, and I decided to not use it since there isn’t a story mode in the earlier games to keep it “fair”.
I haven’t played in a while but going into another act or making a couple bounty caches seems like it would be very effective.

I’m sure the time could be improved a lot though. I didn’t expect to have to level up so much so I didn’t really have a strategy since I’ve played the game very little.
Loved this video maybe the next in the series can be until you get a legendary or unique?

I have not paid D4 any time or thought. Seeing that the game only has 5 armor slots is a downer. Farming gear is the main thing about these games and having many gear slots is fun plus it opens up more build diversity.

@zarfen really depends on the playthrough. Sometimes you'll find them somewhat quickly. I didn't mean it like I didn't enjoy your video because I definitely did. I just pictured in my mind you starting out on diablo 1, getting some gear pretty quickly and then suddenly you're in hell fighting Diablo still looking for a second ring. 🤣 woulda been kinda funny because I definitely feel like I've had some playthroughs that felt like that.
@@LeeCoins yeah like in d2 I did really not expect the amulet to be so hard to find, but randomness changes every playthrough a lot
