As a somewhat casual gamer I am stoked about these Tormented bosses after 15 tries I managed to take on Uber Andariel. No idea if she is the easiest or not but loved the mechanics. Hint the big red beam is not dangerous before it explodes and you can walk through it
If an unique drops lets say lvl 40 and its SOOO GOOD and you're level 80 now after a couple of days is there a way to level up the item? or do you just have to farm it again to get the higher lvl drop?
I have tyrael's might too, the damage reduction and max resistance increase is godly. The aspect is just like a cherry on top for some extra damage while at full health even though its not a lot of damage.
Tyreal’s might is really cool but losing the spirit per second on chest might be really rough for werenado. I’ve been playing it this season and getting a greater affix spirit per second on my chest really helped.
Ironically, as soon as I made it to WT4, all uniques just suddenly stopped dropping. I’ve got about fifteen of them from WT2 and a couple from WT3…nothing from WT4…
I’m returning from season 1 I quit after nerf after nerf. But since returning it feels way more balanced and honestly feels like your meant to be strong I’m loving it
Andariel actually looks mechanically interesting. They need to give all the bosses a pass over and make them more interesting and take longer to learn.
Tell me you haven't summoned a tormented boss without telling me you've never summoned a tormented boss. Took me like 30 minutes to figure out tormented varshan, but regular he dies before he can even attack.
Best way to get the stygian stones and sparks is just making multiple toons and doing all of the iron wolves honor with each. Takes a few hours to max but you get 1 spark, i believe 2 scrolls of amnesia, i think 10 or so stones, 5 of each uber boss summoning mat, a lot of crafting mats, and a lot of elixers each time you max that honor out. Could also get another quick spark on most builds(especially std) each by killing 1 uber boss(aside from lilith as her spark rewards are bugged) before deleting the alt. Some builds that's pretty easy as you'll wind up around lvls 88-91 when you max the honor out. Then just rinse and repeat till you get a few sparks and maybe a stack of stones.
How fun has this season been? I clocked on release and skipped every season out of pure disgust at end game but i have to say, i've had ALMOST as much fun as playing D2 on release. Stoked again and will be back for S5
This Uber Unique might be the only way to actually survive Tier 100+ Pit At maximum masterworking - it can grant over 10% Max Elem Resist and 15 DR Its over +33% Effective Hit points
This is what i crafted thinking it would work with hydra sorc like artillery shrine where every hydra hits throws out barrages but nooooo now i regret it
I got 2 uber Spears from tormented Duriel back2back. then scrapped them and made myself a nice little Shako. Tormented Andy isn't even worth it, it's so difficult.
Amazing what happens when you think critically about a belief instead of just assuming you're automatically right because of how strongly you feel about it.
I am enjoying d4 quite a bit this season. Sure, the leveling was a joke but some of the uber bosses are actually fun and tempering/masterwork feels ok+. I don't like that all damage reduction is ignored in high tier pit though. Damage reduction should always be valuable not just flat out ignored. Sofar I have been lucky on the uber uniques: 2 Harelquin Crests(Shako), 4 Tyrael's Mights and one Andariel's Visage
@@badger297 because you can get the same unique on wt4 with better stat and item power then the lower version of it, and almost all the unique can be targeted farm easily.
resistance is so important, but for some reason i can´t get my friends to use that more often, they think "oh, it's just a small number" ah well shame on them :D

i was so shocked when Starless Skies uber ring dropped from helltide boss at world tier 3 me at lvl 46...it was ancestral 925 with required level 35 to equip....crazy. is that even possible?
I tried killing this boss on my bash barb for about an hour and raged quit off for the day and assumed it was impossible after searching for a guide and reading comment sections of people complaining about the bullshit one shot mechanics. The dps wasn’t the problem it’s just soooooo hard as a melee class to kill Lilith I might just have to go crazy on movement speed, I already have quad evade charge boots

Darth your wasting stats in armor.... The armor cap is 9230 which gives 85% DR to physical attacks from monsters which means that the 15358 armor you have is giving you no extra benefit to defence compared to 9230 armor, basically what im saying is there is no difference between the armor cap of 9230 and the 15358 armor you have both increments are defending you for the same amount..... once you hit 9230 armor you don't need anymore armor at that point your essentially done with your armor stat i would take defence away from your character to get it down to the cap and increase your attack instead.
Lol its not that he wants it to be 15k its just that without the juggernaut aspect their armour barely reach 5k, so the easiest way to cap them is by using juggernaut aspect, so you dont have to roll armour on anything and roll something else that is more usefull rather than %armour or flat value armour where you can just slap 1 aspect and be done with it.
they should be telegraphing that stats are maxed by changing the text color or something. or put in diminishing returns so its obvious your defense isn't going up much when you add another 1000 armor. i guess it doesnt really matter.

I got tyrael might first run duriel TIV for my necro...I use it but dont see the hype about it...dmg of divine barrage is usable to 90 lvl after that does not do anything...does not seem to stack with other dmg boosts...probably it's holy dmg or something the resistance bonus does not seem to do much either in higher tiers and reduction bonus I could use something else with higher reduction...and divine barrage is probably meant for channeling skills (whirlwind etc.) ..
ubers are easier than pit bosses? I've been clearing pit 90+ and I was too scared to try the level 200 versions of ubers because I thought they would just obliterate me.
Armor and resistance cap. Take defensive aspects as much as possible. Keep enough dps where you're not completely stalemating. Helltides. Don't do the big helltide boss unless you know what you're doing, amd you'll hit 100 and can start going from there.

Honestly not a fan of the one shot mechanics. I've got like 25k health, bunch of DR (minion necro) and I still have to run around like an idiot to avoid everything or I just explode as soon as anything hits me. Oh and I played like 6 hours yesterday without seeing an upgrade, and my gear is nowhere near BIS, like nowhere near, to the point where I don't want to waste resources on any of it because most pieces are like half the stats I want... I enjoyed the path to 100, and leveling my glyphs, and the initial day of gearing, and then my enjoyment fell off a cliff about halfway through my session yesterday. Like its wild how mad my gear still is but no upgrades are dropping, I might just make an alt I dunno.
Me and my friend were farming mucus eggs and sone weird malignant items dropped but we couldnt find them in inventory so we found out these items were from season one. May e left in the dat files and dropping by mistake.

I had trouble at tormented Andariel with Minion necro because my minions kept dying in that fire beam in phase 3

I'm playing necro for the season and this season's loot feels really good so far. The game actually feels like it rewards you for doing things.
Gotten 2 mights already, sadly not a great Uber, tried using on frozen orb sorc. Was nice at lvl35 but drops off quick around 70s

Just have to farm it again. Except uber uniques, which are all 925 item power, but wearable at level 35.

Yeah I think you only get them from those. Bosses

I got a Stygian Stone last night from a World Boss at level 85-ish. I guess I just got lucky. Probably won't happen again.

You gotta doge certain attacks so you don’t get debuffed and talk a crazy amount of damage
happens to me as well, got Tyrael from Duriel (but not uber) , now the main question how to fit it for the necro build
He didnt even use an incense or veninin elixir, u can stack those elixirs wirh regular elixirs, so 3 active buffs for exp and other buffs

Is God slayers crown not better? Creeper does pzn and immobilize for the damage buffs. Also trample.
