Its cool but there is no place to put your currency. So if you are in a really local place that only accepts pesos and not credit cards, or if you have crappy credit like me and don't own credit cards, then paying for things could be a challenge.

Mexico is my favourite country, back in 2016 we traveled around most the country and just loved it, people are AMAZING! kindest of hearts and the culture is so vibrant and full of energy. i cant wait to go back and explore more.
I've never been to Holbox, we always go to Isla Mujeres. but from this video, it looks a lot like Caye Caulker Belize. Looking forward to seeing more from your videos. Dan
Great video! I've Been to Playa, Tulum, Cozumel, Bacalar and Isla Mujeres. And Isla Holbox was way much better than all those places, hands down. It is a 2 hour and 30 min ADO bus ride from Cancun.They will not accept credit cards on this island! Cash Only! There is one ATM machine at the central plaza, works fine. Rent a Golf cart! fun to explore the island! I've heard a lot of complaints about the Whale Shark tours they offer here, way too expensive and not really worth the time and money. Holbox is a place just to chill and relax. Bring insect repellent: OFF! Deep Woods (green can) if possible, bugs will eat you here.
Insect repellent is a must for sure! We absolutely loved Holbox as well, not sure if you've seen our video after this one cruising around in golf carts... great times!

Do you ever get cheaper accom so you can use the money saved on an activity? Also be nice to see some of the people and friends you make along the way! Awesome video ✌

I love your positive attitude. You guys must be sweethearts! Not me. If I am freezing and not allowed to pee I will definately be dropping some F bombs but in Spanish. I would tell them they need to let me pee. I would not be as positive as you guys. For me, I would prefer to pay the taxi fee just so I can stop and pee. Also, is there a smaller airport near Hoblox? Or is the only way to reach the shipping port was by bus or taxi?

I went to Holbox and sadly i hated my entire experience there. Took the bus there and a taxi back it was so uncomfortable on the taxi ride back lol. We left the Island early, it had a weird vibe to it. Not very welcoming. :/ I hope you guys are enjoying it more than i did.
