There is a cure for all that and more,
WALK.. Start walking everyday. Try to do it at the same time each day, in the morning, start with 20 min, calm and with interest, in a nice area, better with trees, a park, beach, or just a neighborhood, then add 10 min more so your workout will be 30 min, if you can add a walk in late afternoon, or evening now summer, before you know it you will feel like new, energetic, no more downs or sad monents, believe me walking has recuparated many many people, of all ages. Besides helps many other ailments, Make it your goal!

Lord, this is me, too. Depression, anxiety, and bipolar 1. For the last five years wearing wigs and battling with the matted hair. I would cut my hair close and continue to wear wigs. Just last week my hair was so matted that I wanted to cut it off but, when I see how much it has grown. I was amazed and I decided to detangle my hair no matter how long it took so I could began wearing natural 4c hairstyles. It took me a whole week to detangle and there were many times in that week where I wanted to cut it off but, I finally detangled my hair. I will be washing and deep conditioning my beautiful 4c hair every one or two weeks. Mental challenges lead to physical challenges. I got a good grip on life changing challenges for the long haul with a positive outlook and nothin can stop me now. "I'M ALL THE WAY UP." 😊❤🙏🏼

Pls make a routine, fix a time, set alarm and watch some hair detangling videos and push yourself at that particular time to take care of yourself. Intially for 5days u have to push yourself! It will be as hard as moving a rock. But after 5 days it will be super easy. And after 5days without taking a break just keep going with your routine daily at the same time. Keep a target for 3months, little by little everyday morning 1hr and evening 1hr, you work on your hair and detangle it for 3months. Use oil, conditioner and water to loosen your hair. 😊

BS , whatever "story" this woman has , unless she seeks mental help it will be back in this state in a very short time !
I live in France and help out in the mental hospital were my daughter lives, every week day we have day patients coming in and my job is to care for their hair ( I'm a qualified hairdresser/hairstylist), I see the same people on a weekly basis and nobody cares for them for a week, where is their family/friends ?
Detangling and washing hair is what I do most of the day because they don't care what they look like.

It was easier for me to manage & felt lighter on my head. Seldom go out of d house anyway, no courage. For me, its easy to understand people with depression. It takes one to know one.

Bless you! Your patience is a gift! I had my very long hair mat up on me. I tried my best to take care of it, but I found it impossible to detangle it as it was directly in the back of my head and by my neck. I finally gave in and went to a stylist who said that she specialized in "depression locks." Nevermind that I'm not depressed! Anyhoo. She took about 10 minutes trying to detangle my hair and then cut it out. This was actually fine with me. BUT, then she started cutting my hair into the WORST shaggy bob ever. What I cannot understand is that she cut inches of what saved from my matted hair. It's hideous. And, all the while she just babbled on and on about how "strong women don't need to hide behind hair," and how this was my "hair journey." Then, she starts in about how she might as well be a therapist because she helps so much, etc. I sat there silently while screaming in my head "bitch, I AM a Psychotherapist and I have the 10 years of college and grad school to back that PhD. So, please stop fronting like this and please Jesus just learn how to be a hair stylist first."
I can't even cry, my hair is that bad.
I wish I lived in Miami!

Detangling the hair is to make it easier to see how much hair is actually split and broken. You can’t tell what is completely dead until you set all the hair free. Curly hair can shield itself, so what you see in the outside might not be what’s in the inside

What do they do to be able to go out in public once their hair is so tangled? Wrap it up everyday in a hair scarf? 🤔

I’ve sent emails to the email you have listed on your prior videos. I will do anything to get this resolved. I’m literally begging for some help…. All I feel is helpless and hopeless which is seriously the worst combination.

My granddaughters have super thick long very curly hair it takes us an hour a day to just maintain a no tangled hairstyle for them so one day off of de tangling their hair could easily go way off track quickly

Will your hair become more tangled if you wash it, like do a baking soda and shampoo deep soak people with dred locs do to clean their hair, before detangling your hair?

Mam I wish you was closer. I'm in Vt rt next to NY and I've been depressed for over a yr. Tried brushing out my hair to get my confidence back and try and get out this funk but I myself can't without cutting or shaking it. I'm a mama to a 3 and 4 yr old both non verbal autistic and my oldest passed away at 7 weeks old in 2014. I am a recovering adict for just over 4 years so I never knew how to deal with things sober and now my hair is screwed.

Do you have any product recommendations? I have severely matted hair. It started when I had surgery and physically could not take full showers. My Depression and anxiety has been present my whole life. I’m 36 and I just can’t take care of myself properly. My Mom told me to shave my head. I live in Ohio and I’m hopeless. I looked at all your videos and description and I cants find the products you use.
