I can’t believe you can get 3.1s 0-60 in a golf, and just with a stage 2 🤯, that’s súper car level performance from a car that isn’t heavily modified and is also practical, and also, a freaking 4 cyl !!!
@@phoenixlounge7656 maybe, you can do it way cheaper than that though, I'm stage 2+ all in about $2,500 including protune, fluidampr, and meth because I bought everything used. Why spend $1k on a brand new intercooler or downpipe, it's not like they wear out with use.
damn thats nice setup u got there my mk7r stage2+ and i made 100-200 9.6 - but ur 1/4mile is way faster than main 11.19 that a quick one brother my setup is 1- mcr tunning stage2+ 2- stage3 cpu 3-R600 intake 4-aquamist water methanol injection kit 5-racingline intercooler 6-engine breather 7-racingline inlet/outlet turbo and i still making 11.6 in 1/4mile maybe ur pump fuel helps to much as well but ur 0-100 is fater as well my best way 3.5sec like ur vid and hope u have a healthy car brother
@@btowngolfr812 stages doesnt mean anything. A stage 1 “ is mostly only a tune. Wont get you mid 3’s. About 3.9-4.0 sec if you have good tires etc. stage 2 here is a tune, decat dp, and intake.

Hardware mods were fairly basic/standard and as follows:- Turbo Technics Turbo elbow/inlet Milltek De-cat DP R600 Intake Wagner FMIC Unicorn Stage 2 ECU/TCU software Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 wheels The rest of the car was completely factory stock and my wife’s daily.

Such a cracking all round motor, that respond well to simple mods. Only downside to them is popularity and could sound better. Other than that 👌🏼

Car has also proven it’s worth on the 1/4 track/strip and was one of the fastest Stage 2/full weight/pump fuel only cars out there. With the right set up, they can achieve these numbers. Mine wasn’t the only one

Just went very well for a basic tuned wife’s daily which I chucked some mods on. Yours must be one of the quickest for that set up though (from what I know of). 💪🏼 Uni haul ass on the VAG platform. Hence why I used them on my current DAZA RS3 👍🏻
@@chris_r1266You're gonna have to explain that since I have a Unitronic stage 2+ GTI (same as Golf R stage 2) with IC, DP etc on 93 octane and it wouldn't even be close to 11.1 with AWD. Best 1/4 mile trap at close to 0 DA was 112.5 mph. 11.1 is over 120 mph. Please explain how you got the same car, same turbo, same tune to go 8+ mph faster?
@@Carguylogan GTI isn't the same as an R, one has a I20 turbo and one has I38 turbo, yours is a IS20 turbo which is smaller, unless you got the TCR GTI, that's different

Master321v stock turbo 7R/S3’s have done 10’s on the 1/4 now, but that is balls out spec (race fuel/fully stripped/drag tyres etc). This is run on a -0.6% slope, so although well within the valid limits on Dragy, you can add a 1-2/10ths worse case. The car has run 11.4@119.6 full weight at Santa Pod drag strip in warm temps, so is fully legit! Just a strong, well set up car and 100% stock factory IS38 turbo spec 👍🏻

2- stage3 cpu
3-R600 intake
4-aquamist water methanol injection kit
5-racingline intercooler
6-engine breather
7-racingline inlet/outlet turbo
and i still making 11.6 in 1/4mile
maybe ur pump fuel helps to much as well
but ur 0-100 is fater as well my best way 3.5sec

I would say between 3.9 and 4.2. If its was stage1+ with 93 octane than around 3.9 or a bit lower
