Hero Mastero cold start problem solution | scooter cold weather starting problem

How to fix a scooter whuih does not start in cold weather or in the cold morning and does not idle . You need to adjust the valve clearance in order to fix low compression which affects proper burning of petrol leading to starting and milage issues . Also you need to make sure your carburettor is properly adjusted and the spark plug gap is according to the service manual of the scooter . Thanks !
