Sometimes people “choose “ to stay in the streets. Even when they’re offered housing, some will still choose the streets. For some, mental/emotional health issues play a role. He has biological family, yet, he apparently chose his own path. His daughter will take care of him now; that’s what matters most now. All the if questions about his life’s decisions, doesn’t matter now. 🙏🏽
