l have been working all afternoon. You have been listening to the radio for the past hour, He has been spending a Lot money lately lt has been raining all week
I want to ask, perfect continuous used for activities that started in the past but have continued in the present, it means that it has the same use with present perfect ? How to differentiate between them ?
This channel is honestly the best of them all. I wish it was still active while keeping the very same theme.

Can i say " i have been hearING?" Or "i have been hear/heard"??? (Love, want, know, belong... ?)
No puedes usar éste tiempo con los vervos estaticos, como "love" y siempre tienes que usar el ing en el verbo
You can't use present perfect continous with stative verbs. Definitely not
You use present perfect instead.
