I have F10. The only thing that does not work is the front lights; everything else is working. I'm not sure if I have an FRM issue or a fuse. I got some FRM codes, though. The car locks and all other lights work. Any suggestions?
My angel lights will sometimes go off randomly my interior lights will acted up too, I replaced every bulb with new ones .. but I found the problem though. Apparently I was missing a bottom seal on my windshield and lots of water go in and messed up my footwell module. But I fixed it no more water leak now I just need replace my footwell module
Wow. I'm not sure if mine has failed. The turn signals are not working, headlights turn signals only. Rear turn signals are. Everything else is working. I did have my battery die. Then I had crank no start issue. It was a relay. I didn't realize my headlights until I started to do halogen to xenon conversion and the halos were not turning on. Then I checked with halogen and turn signals didn't work. I do get error codes. My car was down for 7 months because I was doing a lot of maintenance.
I have a 2006 E90. Some of my lights work and some don't work. It works in opposite directions. The front right indicator works but not the back right and the front left indicator doesn't work but back right does. Same with the headlights, brights, fogs and reverse lights. What could be the problem?
@@chrisbreezy2676 No, not yet. But I did talk to someone yesterday who does ecu remapping. He told me that the footwell module is gone bad or it’s not programmed. I will be taking the car to him soon. I will give you an update.

hello i gave a 2012 320d and the right side folding mirror working fine and the windows how ever the left side rear window goes up down inch by inch have to click the button repeatedly and the front passenger left window is can hear click from the module and window but it is not going up or down and also the left folding mirror is not working please help me
@@4DIYers THE DRIVER SIDE EVERYTHING WORKS AND FROM THE DRIVER SIDE IT DOES SAME THING FROM THAT MASTER SWITCH FOR ALL WINDOWS BUT I HAVE REPLACED THAT WITH BRAND NEW AND SAME THING
It could potentially be a wiring issue or maybe a window regulator is failing. My recommendation would be taking off the door panel and using a multimeter to check the plug at the regulator motor. Press it hold the button to see if the power continues. If it does, then it would be a regular issue. If not, then the issue is somewhere else.
All vehicles have problems unfortunately, especially when they become more complicated. I’ve put about 15,000km on it since I bought it. Fixed the original problems that had, the FRM was my own fault. Right now I need a new harmonic balancer, but other than that the car has been good.

If it popped up after the replacement, I would assume it's an FRM issue. Scan for codes. Also did you recode the FRM to your car?

Is it possible that during coding frm shows error caused by fault fog light? Or is it definitely frm module itself the issue?

Is this only an issue at the driver's switch panel or does it happen on the switch of that door too?

How do you differentiate between FRM and Clockspring/steering angle sensor as source of faults?
It's best to scan the codes using a BMW specific code reader, not a generic OBD2 reader.
