ഇതിൽ കമെന്റ് ഇട്ട ഒരാൾ പോലും ഇ സ്ഥലം നേരിൽ കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല എന്ന് മനസ്സിൽ ആയി അത് പറയാൻ ഈ സ്ഥലം എനിക്ക് നല്ല പരിചിതമാണ് എന്റെ ഉമ്മയുടെ വീടിന് അടുത്ത് തന്നെയാണ് പുഴ യുടെ നേരെ അക്കരെ മാവൂർ ഫാക്ടറിയിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴുക്കി വിട്ടിരുന്ന മലിനജലം വരുന്ന പൈപ്പ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത് അന്നൊക്കെ ഇവിടെ വന്നാൽ പുഴയിലെ വെള്ളം കറുത്തിരിക്കും അതിയായ ദുർഗന്ധവും കൊണ്ട് പൊറുതിമുട്ടി ഒരു കാലം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു ആർക്കും അംഗീകരിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല പ്രകൃതിയെ ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്ന ഏതൊരാൾക്കും അത് കണ്ടു നിൽക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ല കാരണം അത്രക്ക് ആയിരുന്നു ഇതിലെ ഇതിലെ മാലിന്യ ജലം വന്നിരുന്നു ഫാക്ടറിപൂട്ടിയത് കൊണ്ട് ഒരുപാട് രോഗം കുറഞ്ഞു ഇന്നിപ്പോൾ ഈ നിമിഷം ഈ കമന്റ് ഇടുന്നത് പോലും ഞാൻ പുഴയുടെ അരികിൽ നിന്നാണ് ചാലിയാർ ഞാനെന്റെ കുഞ്ഞിനാൾ മുതലേ കണ്ട് ഒരു പുഴയാണ്

ഞാൻ കോഴിക്കോട് ദേവഗിരി കോളേജിൽ പഠിക്കുന്ന കാലത്തു രാവിലെ എന്നും മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ്, കുന്നമംഗലം ഇവിടെ എല്ലാംപത്തു പതിനഞ്ചു കിലോമീറ്റർ ദൂരെയും പുകയും മണവും ആയിരുന്നു.
