This workout was tough, but so rewarding! I was sweating so much I had to grab a towel to keep from sliding around so much. I can't believe I burned over 1,000 calories according to my fitbit, of course this did take me an hour and a half because I have to pause when going to the ground or getting up, and if I need a few seconds before the next move. Thank you so much for the modifications during the yoga flow section because some of the moves are a little to tough for me,vand thank you for another fantastic workout ❤❤❤!!!!
this was amazing! i would never have believed a 3 pound weight could be so heavy!!! Thank you again for all your wonderful workouts that keep me motivated and moving!!!

*yes the burn was real on this one! this felt like a perfect workout for my accessory muscles after doing one of your kickboxing and strength workouts yesterday! this is a form of therapy for me. 683 active calories burned and 842 total calories burned and counting!*

Hi Michelle. Would if ever be possible for you to guide your crew in proper form and technique to help all of us perform the exercises in good form? I know you use a lot of verbal cues, but maybe some hands on to show us what not to do? Much appreciated. Lisa

Love this! For seat work, I use a 3 lb weight instead of a ball as my ball is too big. You ladies are inspriritational!

Ok this kicked my butt. I got a great total body workout though. Burned almost 400 calories in an hour. ( Active calories) Gonna be sore tomorrow!
