      Same! BRCA 2 here. I did the hysterectomy in July and I’m 4 weeks post mastectomy with reconstruction (I had implants prior). Thank you for all of these videos. I’m feeling great, but I have quite a bit of cording in my armpits and down my ribs. 😅 I’ll be doing all the stretches and hanging.

      I had cording down my ribs too. Not the most comfortable thing to experience! I’m glad that BRCA previvors are connecting here.

    I have consistent cording 9 months after surgery ~ I see a PT but insurance doesn’t want to give many visits.
    Ive always been active so this is a real bummer for me

      I hear you with the cording as I’m super active too. Treatment works well but there’s also a lot of headway that you can make with your own self-care. Consistency is key.
