One good piece of advice: what makes coding hard is introducing yourself to programming using dynamically typed languages like JavaScript or Python. Learning with C++, C, or Java can guarantee you the choice to truly become a programmer or not. Consistently writing code and implementing concepts by building projects is what makes a good coder or programmer.
I'm currently learning frontend.. You are doing great Kasie. but reduce the music.. your voice should be higher than the background music... Love and light
😂😂😂😂You tried... ❤ What made me laugh is when you u said “you'll go online and see posting like we build an AI Model... We used this Machine Learning Algorithm to achieve...” and you be like... Godddd.... I don't know nothing... 😂😂😂 I can relate... (LinkedIn)😂😂
Love from India, hey there is no doubt about your English accent, but when i started watching your video for first 10-15 second, i didn't get any thing, but when deep dive into this then comfortable with your language, By the way nice information, Hey can i have your linked I'd,so we can connect, because i am pursuing computer science right and i thing it would be great that connect with other countries people who are in same profession🙏🏻
Thank you so much for this feedback. I will add subtitles/captions in my subsequent videos. My name on LinkedIn is the same; Udoka Kasie. I'll love to connect with you as well.
Wow! You are right on point. This is really helpful. I just discovered your channel today and I love your contents already. You are really doing well. Can you make a video on how you discovered and got into tech, please?
You definitely are on to something with these tips, thanks for sharing. I'm curious though are you currently working independently or at a firm as a developer? I would love some insight into the job market and I'm sure we could all benefit from you sharing your experience.
The truth is you might not understand certain things in JS until you start building projects. Then, you will see how they are applied and it will stick to your brain. You can practice JS quizzes on w3schools and other sites to test your knowledge as you go. But ultimately you can't fully understand JS concepts until you start building. (Many things looked vague to me, like when can I ever need this). Just keep going. I wish you all the best.
great video, however one issue, is that your accent makes it slightly difficult to understand what you are saying, i can still understand it, but i can see how others might not be able to, especially if theyre still learning, so if you are able to, captions would be perfect, otherwise, youtube's auto generated captions work just fine
Why do people get offended by African accents in English? Indians have distinct accents too, and no one minds - we still watch their videos. Chinese speakers also have strong accents, and we don't complain. Let's stop focusing on trivial things. In Africa, we often say, "You can take an African out of the bush, but you can't take the bush out of an African." Our accent is a proud mark of our Africanness, you can't take it away from us. I believe she's creating content for her own people, and we're very proud of her. Judging by her accent, she might be Nigerian. You can't expect someone who speaks Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo their entire life to sound the same as a native English speaker. I'm from the far southeastern part of Africa, and my accent is different from hers, but we stand united in pride. Sending love from Malawi - go girl, one love! ❤❤
I started coding 5 months ago. I have been running around all frameworks and languages all through till 3 days ago I decided I want to focus on Laravel and Javascript. Can I get your number so you mentor me on this Journey please!

Thanks for the idea. I thought of that, but I was being skeptical that some people are learning different programming languages.
Been learning my own for 3 months and i can relate to you so my coach how long have you been coding

Hi Udoka, which will you recommend I start with please...
Hi Emmanuel
Do you mean the programming language to start with?
Yes,
I actually started with Python Programming but I couldn't continue. So please, which programming languages would you advise me.
Depends on what you want to learn.
Python is a good programming language if you can gather courage to continue.
She's authentic
🥰🥰
I just started learning JavaScript today ma, any advice on how to go about understanding it not craming😢. Please reply ❤

@EdmondKachale its not that deep bro, i was saying that the accent made it hard to understand, so she could try to put subtitles
